Con, Con, Con... That's a tad harsh, don't you think? Sam thought he was doing the right thing, I firmly believe that. After Dean's death, do you think it was possible for him NOT to go down that road? He followed the Winchester legacy the only way he knew how. He sold his soul. Just... not in the traditional sense.

Isn't it odd that there's a "traditional sense" to selling your soul? Oh, to be a Supernatural fan... Haha.

As someone already said, Sam and Dean will forever be brothers and best friends, regardless of what obstacles and gigantic mistakes they make in the process. That will never change.

Their moment, as shown here, was heart-wrenching and exactly what we needed. Sam was sorry. He knew he completely effed everything up. Even though he kicked Dean's butt and walked out on him, Dean still wanted to save him. Sam recognized that.

And who knew that grabbing onto each other's jackets could be so gosh darn adorable?

All in all, this win is absolutely deserved.

SPN is my fav tv show EVER but I have to admite that Brooke/Peyton so deserve this one! In season 4, Sam and Dean werent exactly the best of friends now were they? They kept hugh secrets from one another, didnt agree on anything and, well, Im sure you all remember the 2 big fight scenes??? So just because there are more SPN fans on here voting for Sam and Dean doesnt mean they deserve it!

I love Brooke to death but I'm gonna vote for Dean n Sam cos I just hate Brooke/Peyton friendship in general, if it were Brooke with Rachel or Haley I totally would voted them.

FANTASY WORLD PEOPLE!!! Get over yourselves please! Sam & Dean don't have some silly apple pie relationship which is EXACTLY what makes it so damn special!!! They don't have the traditional sense of a brother relationship going, they have been through all sorts of hell and they were both "played" this season against each other for exactly that... that there bond is so strong they use it against each other in a way. Sam IS AND ALWAYS WILL be Dean's brother and best friend and vica versa! What relationship no matter what doesn't go through trials and tribulations! It's exactly those that make the bonds ALL THE MORE STRONGER!!!!!!!! Geez???????? Sam knows he did wrong and had the guts to eventually admit that and say SORRY in the end, remember that!

Oh come on, the OTH clip is by far the best clip in the bunch. Notice it says MOMENT, not friendship in general. Besides, this is the last year Peyton and Brooke can be nominated.

The Supernatural stanning is getting ridiculous and really tedious now. The CW need to make people register to vote, then only one vote per person would be allowed. We need to see other shows winning awards.

I am a huge SN fan, but my vote is going to Brooke/Peyton. Sam stabbed Dean in the back and twisted the knife this season. Sam has proven that he is not Dean's partner, friend, or someone deserving of his neverending loyalty and respect. DNA markers aside, I don't even consider Sam Dean's brothers anymore. This category should have went with Dean/Castiel instead (though I would have still picked Brooke and Peyton, at least it would have been a tougher choice).

Okay, as much as I love SPN, there was really no amazing friendship in that scene. As for OTH, that scene made me tear up and it shows that Breyton are amazing friends. I can't imagine having that conversation with my sister let alone my friend.

And I mean, duh, of course Sam and Dean are going to be friends, they are brothers, they are kinda obligated to, but Breyton are like family and they stick with each other. Sure, they aren't the most functional friendship but they care about each other.

As much as I love Gossip Girl and One Tree Hill, I believe that the True Friendship sourcie has to go to Sam and Dean. I think the brother bonding is great and they both show true friendship. Brooke and Peyton haven't had a true friendship ever since the beginning of the show, mostly on Peyton's part. (Sorry Peyton fans but it's the truth) Serena and Blair, to me, are okay but don't have the best friendship.

As much as I love One Tree Hill, I can't stand the Brooke and Peyton friendship or them as individuals. I voted for Sam and Dean.

But, my favorite friendship of all time is Lucas and Haley, too bad they aren't in the poll.

I watch One Tree Hill all the time, but I can agree with other people here. Brothers can be best friends too. It's not that hard to believe as many people in the world find their brother their best friend. When all else fails, one can go back to that brother and everything would be fine. It may cross a not-so-clear line between a bond between brothers and a bond of friendship. All in all, I'm just saying people shouldn't be angry or whatever if they think Supernatural shouldn't be in this category OR think that people are unjustly voting for that show.

Yeah, I'd say the Lucas Haley best friend thing may be stronger that Peyton and Brooke. I don't know... A lot of people who are still devoted to Brucas clash with the idea that they can still be best friends.

I don't think I'm going to vote this time. One Tree Hill isn't my favorite friendship and Supernatural I've heard their bond is UNBREAKABLE and touching, but I don't really see that in this scene. But if the fanbase says that Supernatural has a strong bond, I cannot argue with that. The Winchesters probably do.

This huge Supernatural fan has to side with Brooke & Peyton on this one. I can't image how hard it would be for them to have that conversation. I don't watch OTH but I know enough to understand the conversation and it came through in the scene just how much they mean to each other. I might have gone SPN in other seasons but since this season was mostly about the boys drifting apart I'm going with OTH.

For all my fellow SPN fans out there, lay off with the scene selection complaining! Like I said before, this season was about the brothers drifting apart. Yes they came together in the end and that was an amazing moment. And yes in past seasons they were so much more than brothers, they were friends that put their lives in each other's hands every day and scarificed everything for each other. But this year, this Scourie needs to go to OTH. SPN had plenty of other catogies that they deserve to win.

Oh... Common... Sam & Dean in that sourcie too? This not fair. =P

I love my Supernatural boys, but this one has to go to Brooke and Peyton.

Sam's and Dean's love for each other runs deeper--they're family, not just friends.This moment just emphasizes the big brother/little brother relationship. Peyton and Brooke's moment just epitomizes the mutual care, love, and need that best friends have for each other.

Who could guess that Sam could break my heart simply with the words "I'm sorry?" I always almost die from the angst when I see this scene.

I'm so glad they found their way back to each other by the end of the season. My boys, together again!

i voted sam/dean because they always help each other selflessly and can forgive each other when they do bad things to each other.
but a question is why didn't chloe/clark get nominated?

With what those Winchesters have been through and how they always are able to pull themselve back together again have to go with Sam and Dean. Even though there relationship was a little rocky this season I know they will always have each others backs. :]

I think the sourcies are a joke, unfortunately, if Supernatural is in any category they are going to win. I love Supernatural, I do, but until we can figure out a way where only a certain number of votes count...no other show will ever win unless Supernatural isn't in the choices. Heck, even when they aren't an option people wondering why?? It's just silly and ridiculous now. Yes, there are sourcies Supernatural should win, but alas The CW does have other shows as well and it's apparent that the other show's fans either don't have the time or abilities to vote non stop.

Not bad. The options seemed great. I had to vote Sam and Dean, though. Right from the start it's been clear that they aren't just family, they're also best friends. They've always had each other's backs. Of course friendship is only one side of their extreme bond but it's an important part of it. Season 4 showed us how much lies and secrets and pressure their relationship can endure without breaking. Like we see in the clip, when everything goes wrong, you stick with the people dear to you. That's what friends and families are about.

Sam and Dean are nominated for best friends forever. I'm not sure whether to be amused or horrified or both.

First off.. they picked the WORST scene for Supernatural. If no one had seen that show no one would have understood the relationship between the boys. They should of used a different scene. Maybe the one where Dean calls Sammy in Lucifer Rising and leaves him that amazing message about how no matter what happened, he was his brother and he would save him.

I feel really bad that Supernatural isn't being represented well in these Sourcies. But it's great that despite these terrible clip choices, Supernatural is still dominating these awards. Why? Because hands down it's the Best show CW has and ever will come out with,.

Thanks for this source, I love the friendship betwenn Peyton and Brooke but Sam and Dean are the best friends and the best brothers. Then I've voted for them. It's one of the reasons I love Supernatural.

hmmm... i'm having a little bit of trouble with this sourcie. overall supernatural brothers have the closest relationship and definitely throughout the entire series starting from season 1 they started to hang out and be best friends since they gone out hunting together.

but this season was mainly about the separation of the brothers. so the clip isn't representative of the entire season.

still, i hafta say. dean getting shot down about giving up on sam by bobby was a great way to push the brothers back together. that phone call he gave sam (arghhh! zachariah messed it up so sam didn't hear the real thing!) was definitely a best friends/brothers moment. that scene too! where sam finally helped dean kill the ungrateful bitchy demonness ruby was a great brothers moment.

i think it was a good choice to put sam and dean in this sourcie. after all brothers can be best friends. i could say with complete confidence that my brother is my best friend since forever.

but what about chloe and clark in smallville? they are pretty tight as well.

Ok so I'm the biggest SPN fan but I had to vote for OTH. that was most def, a BFF moment, it had me in tears. SPN has had way better BFF moments, the one chosen was lame...but then again there weren't many to chose from in season 4.

Once again, I'm forced to choose between OTH and SPN, but I'm siding with my boys :D I'm not a huge breyton fan because I don't like Peyton all that much so this is a much easier decision other polls.

I nomimanated Clark & Chloe but since they were part of this, I voted for Sam & Dean.
