DEAN!!

I remember the OTH scene being hilarious when I watched it, I really do, even though I'm not a huge fan of Peyton or Lucas (or the two of them together :P)

But NOTHING can beat Deans scream. I mean, that entire episode was freaking hilarious and that moment was the icing on the cake.

Supernatural deserves this, 100%.

OMG! i love how supernatural has won pretty much EVERY SINGLE POLL! Well except 3 on which it was clear OTH cheated becuz the sourcies even noticed it :D Go Supernatural!

Dean of course! He was hilarious that entire episode and that scream had me on the floor laughing - poor guy lost his voice during that scene!

lol aww poor Megan. I was like why is everyone yelling at her? but i'm glad that is cleared up.

to kelly and andie, I think you directed that at Sophioa. Just a note, the layout kinda confuses me too sometimes.

Dean's cat scream, duh. The first time I saw that - fell on the floor laughing to death. Couldn't even find my breath after that.

Anyway, to Jessica who hosts the sourcies now, try to put in a note of what happened to prompt the clip. For example Supernatural: Dean gets infected with a ghost sickness and begins to find the most unfrightful things scary. Check this clip out where he finds a cat in the locker. Or for One Tree Hill: Peyton reads a magazine that influences their relationship in a hilarious way. Lucas tapes the house in half so neither can cross and the two find the most hilarious ways to get back at each other.

It was kinda just like 'roll the clip' without any context.

I'm gonna be a total horrible SN fangirl and vote for OTH on this one. Three reasons:
1. I know SN is gonna win so I have no problem voting for something else that I find funny as well.
2. I love the episode to death, loved Dean's "That was scary!" but I prefered Dean's rant.
3. Fergie coming over at the end made me laugh so hard.

Didn't really find GG's clip that amusing. But Harry's reaction was really fun to watch.

Megan, if you saw the episode you know that Dean got a disease that made him fear everything, which give the name to the episode - 'Yellow Fever'. That episode is so perfect and hilarious +.+

Oh damn how can SPN lose this one?!?! I freaking love that episode. Dean was hilarious. I repeat that scene so many times when I'm watching that episode. Never fails to make me laugh.

Oh and to the person who questioned the scene, you've obviously never watched it. Its explained quite clearly what was happening.

I know I've been against voting for SPN but he deserved it here!

i love SN and OTH but i this case One Tree Hill Win, Flawless victory.

First off: Sophoia, yes, he was scared of the cat. Yes, he fights demons. In that particular episode, he was infected with "ghost sickness" that made him frightened of everything he saw. For instance, he was scared to death of a little yorkie, convinced it was gonna kill him. Him being scared of the cat was just plain hilarious, especially given the fact that any kind of fear on Dean's part is completely out of character. So you can take that snippy attitude and shut the hell up!

I did laugh at that scene in OTH. I really did. But nothing tops the cat scream. Nothing.

To the person wondering why Dean was afraid of a cat. He had ghost fever. It causes fear of everything and he would from it if they couldn't find where it came from. It was by far the funniest thing on television. Jensen Ackles is a comic genius. You should watch the episode.

Plus, I love OTH to death, and although I love that scene it definitely doesn't deserve to win.

Oh Dean...

The Supernatural episode "Yellow Fever" is one of the funniest episodes ever :D Dean being scared of everything and Jensen doing the Eye of the tiger song xD

Dean screams like a girl is so funny. I laughed so hard. I also have that clip up at Youtube. Too funny not to watch over and over again.

Dean screaming was by far the funniest damn thing that I have ever seen in my life. First time I saw it, I was literally crying for at least the next 5 minutes. I had no idea what was happening in the episode anymore, because my face was just smushed in my couch cushions in an effort to muffle my laughter. Even now, when I watch the episode, I watch that part at least 3 or 4 times before I can move on. That scene was beyond genius!

Once again, no competition. Even people who don't watch the show have to admit that scene was hilarious.

I don't even know why I bother. Even though the OTH scene is by far the funniest, Supernatural is gonna win. I don't really understand why though. That scene with the cat was really stupid. He fights demons and he is scared because of a cat ? Come on !

Dean is AWESOME!

Ahahaha love the Leyton scenes. But I was hoping for Jamie dancing with Hayley!
