i'am shocked, and saddened by this move wether it's the right one or not i have been watching this show from about 2004, but i haveseasons1-4. i have also watched them many time thru, and never get sick of them. but this here. may have just lost one customer, and i'am dead serious, i may never watch this show again. no new episodes. i couldn't wait until peyton, and lucas had gotten married, and the icing on the old cake was the baby being born i mean that was totaly awesome, now their gone this is ridiculous i'am sorry.

I'm so excited for this season! Austin Nichols and Sophia Bush make the cutest couple. Did everyone see Robert Buckley on Lipstick Jungle? HOT! I think it's going to be a great season.

you can't seriously tell me that chads acting in seasons 5 and 6 even compared to his acting in 1-4. neither did hillaries! it was bearable, but no, it wasn't good.

I am going to miss Lucas and Peyton a lot! They were my favourite characters. But I agree with MIATA JOHNSON. In The OC when Marissa left, the show got cancelled. I just hope One Tree Hill doesn't get cancelled because it is a really great show.

One Tree Hill has lasted longer than it's expiration date. I can't believe it's back for a 7th season. Hidden Palms was 10 times better and only lasted one season for the summer.

Chad didn't try to be an actor? What about the incredibly intense 15-minute scene where Peyton and Lucas talked about life-or-death with the baby? Hilarie and Chad deserve a ton of credit. What about the low point when he grabbed that kid during season 5 because he was bummed about Lindsay, got suspended, and Mouth destroyed the tape? What about fixing the Comet (totally symbolic)? Just three examples of Chad's intensity. Give credit where credit is due.

That being said, looking forward to the conflict between Julian and Brooke, because you can't run every career from Tree Hill. I'm not sure about the new characters. I'm confused about the Dan storyline, because with a year jump, he lived much longer than the six months the doctors projected. Perhaps Dan is immortal? :)

i gree with natalie about hoping the show won't be a disappointment...but I just want to know why Hilarie and Chad left the show? I LOVE peyton, lucas is pretty blah but i liked him to for peyton...what happened??

I really hate the fact that you all are getting rid of Lucas because the show is mainly about him, he's the star and has been since the beginning. I also hate how you all are making everything pg 13 this isnt a little kids show and what happen to every body being sluts and interesting now everyone are just boring I would rather it be like the old and also new. I'm a big fan since the first episode in 2003

I'm reallllyy excited for the new season. I really don't care that lucas is gone, AT ALL, because it didn't seem like he really wanted to be on the show anymore. his acting was really blah in seasons 5 and 6. a lot of episodes he just didn't even TRY to be a good actor. but I will kind of miss peyton, even though her acting was a big off in seasons 5 and 6 too.

I'm excited that the show will be more focused (hopefully) on my favorite characters now, brooke, nathan & haley. Hoping to see Dan this season too!!

And I'm really just hoping this new season wont be a disappointment. A lot of times when main characters leave a show, and they bring in a bunch of new ones, you kind of lose interest and it's just not the same.
