24: Adding Eye Candy Daily

david-anders.jpgOooh... this just in: 24 will be getting a delicious slice o' Sark next season.

That would be actor David Anders (who will always be the sexy/evil Sark on "Alias" to us and who should always have a British accent, fake or not). The WWK crew over at E! Online reports the former Sydney Bristow frenemy and late anti-"Heroes" will appear as a recurring character, alongside Mr. Sarah Michelle Gellar (ok, Freddie Prinze, Jr. if you must) and "Battlestar Galactica"'s Katee Sackhoff (who, we hear from EW's Michael Ausiello, won't be marooned behind a desk at the new NY headquarters for long).

Ausiello also dished that, should this season be Jack's last day, don't expect a reunion with Audrey before it's over. Apparently some of the plot points this season don't leave room for Audrey's return.

Back to Sark... er... Anders. Dangit! Our friends over at Zap2It fill in the deets on his character. Anders will play some sort of Eastern Euro-mobster progeny (ooh, ooh, accent!!), named Josef Bazhaev, who will appear to have a cooler head on his shoulders than his Godfather-esque papa. Fighting for good or evil, doesn't matter to us, he's sure to up the yum-factor of Monday nights.

Oh, and congrats go out to his fellow co-star Mary Lynn Rajskub (Chloe O'Brian) on her recent Vegas nuptials. The actress, and personal trainer hubby Matthew Rolph, exchanged vows at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, according to TV Guide.com, with their 1-year-old son Valentine in attendance.

Are you excited for some Sark this season? What about producers putting the kibosh on a Jack-Audrey reunion? Vocalize in the comments!

FOX Sourcies Weep for These Moments!

The Sourcies are sobbing quietly as we contemplate this year's most heartbreaking moments on FOX. There were plenty of three-hankie episodes throughout the network this year -- we're almost wondering if the writers all have stockin antidepressants! Here's what we picked as the best sob-inducing moments:

Kutner's suicide
House

Kutner's suicide was so traumatic that it even spawned a memorial website. There was no explanation for his death, which makes it all the more painful for us - and House. In fact, House is so discombobulated by the death that he starts crying homicide - until he finds a candid picture in Kutner's apartment of Kutner looking away from the camera, showing a side of him that perhaps no one else saw.
  Derek's death
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles

Derek lived through Judgment Day, a computer-controlled nation and multiple travels through time, all in an attempt to keep humanity alive. He grew into a man living in old nuclear fallout tunnels, and when he returned to 2007 he got to watch over his family, knowing that they were destined to die once Skynet took over. And after all of that, he still got killed by a terminator and was buried in an anonymous grave.

Michael's death
Prison Break

As if Michael's life wasn't dramatic enough, his death was a real kick in the gut. He survived multiple prisons, countless close calls, a whole bunch of escapes, and a worldwide conspiracy bent on bringing him down... but he couldn't survive the ticking time bomb in his head. He accomplished his goals -- he saved his brother, took down The Company, and convinced Sara that he loved her - but he didn't get to enjoy the fruits of those labors. Sob!
  Jack's coma
24

Jack faces death all the time... so his being exposed to a brain-eating bioweapon that will kill him in a matter of days is sad, but we're sort of prepared. What we weren't prepared for was Jack (1) refusing to let Kim contribute the stem cells that may save him, and (2) seeing Jack agree to be put into a morphine-induced coma - before Kim can tell him that he has a granddaughter. He may die without ever having met her.

Adam's defeat
American Idol

Those screams of anguish you heard on May 20? Those were the heartbroken wails of countless Glambert fans reacting to Kris Allen winning the American Idol title over their beloved Adam. YouTube was awash with screaming, crying and otherwise agog fans who couldn't believe their man had been denied. Was it because of questions (now resoled) about Adam's sexuality? Was he too cool for the show? Did the voting public just feel more comfortable with Kris? Or did Kris win on his own merits? We don't know - but we do know a whole bunch of Idol fans who are still nursing their broken hearts.

Polls are open until August 6, so get voting!

Congratulations to Bones, which won the Best Plot Twist category with Brennan's Baby Business! Bones is the show to beat -- are any other shows up to the challenge? Talk about it in the comments!

FOX Sourcies Are Hanging Off a Cliff!

We're back with an exciting, nail-biting cliffhanger in the Sourcies... which we're not going to tell you about right now. First, we're going to give mad props to Ryan O'Neal, who won the Best Villain competition with a commanding lead. Congrats, Ryan!

Now we're heading into the Best Cliffhanger competition. Which of these nerve-wracking unanswered questions are you most eager to see resolved? Polls are open until August 4, so get voting!
House
House checks himself into the loony bin

We were thrilled when Cuddy and House finally got together - and got it on - but of course, all was not as it seemed. House hallucinated that particular pairing, and that was the evidence he need to prove that yes, something is seriously wrong, and yes, he needs help. House does the unthinkable: he checks himself into a psychiatric ward with Wilson's help. No one else knows what he's done, and no one can tell how it will change him. Will he be cured next season? Happy? Nice? Or will he still be seeing Amber, spitting venom, and being the House we know so well? And if he is cured, what will that do to the show? We're just going to have to wait and see...
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles
Back to the Future

Here's a cliffhanger that will just keep us dangling, since the show was (sob!) cancelled. We've got various alternate futures in play - one where Derek is alive, where John's father is alive, where everything we think we know is actually in flux. What kind of world is John in now? Can he get back to our world - and should he? What's going on with Allison and Cameron? So many questions - and, in the ultimate cliffhanger they're never going to get answered.
Dollhouse
Everything changes
Here's another show that left us with loads of questions - but in this case, we have a shot at finding out the answers. How will Echo deal with having multiple personalities in her head - and how is she able to resist her programming? What kind of havoc will Alpha wreak now that he's on the loose and Echo has rejected him? How will Paul Ballard fit into all of this - has he really bought into the Dollhouse's plan? So many questions -- and we're looking forward to some mind-blowing answers!
24
Jack is infected
While fighting terrorists, Jack defused a biological weapon that threatened to infect the Eastern Seaboard - but in the process, he himself got dosed with the toxin. The upshot? Jack is doooooooomed! Perhaps. Yes, he's infected with a variant of Mad Cow disease that takes hold quickly and has a 100 percent mortality rate, and yes, he already started showing som syptoms in the last season. But there's a chance an experimental stem-cell treatment, using Kim's genetic material, can cure him - IF Jack will let that happen. Sigh.
Fringe
Are we in for an interdimensional war?

We finally get an idea of what's causing all the scientific wonkiness in Fringe when we see Walter standing over Peter's grave. That's because our dimension's Peter died as a child, and Walter apparently snatched another dimension's Peter to take his place. Poing! Is this the start of an interdimensional war? Did Peter's absence from that dimension cause all the problems they seem to be having? Is William Bell one of the good guys, or is he scheming for our dimension's downfall? Is he even from our dimension? And what's Olivia's place in all of this? We're counting the days until we find out!

The Sourcies Do the Twist

We're celebrating great FOX plot twists this time in The Sourcies, but first lets take a moment to congratulate Bones for winning the Best OMG moment. Bones is on a role! Can it fend off hte competitors this time around? Your votes decide!

Dr. Saunders a Doll
Dollhouse

All season long, Dr. Saunders was a calming - if somewhat timid - presence on Dollhouse. But in the last few episodes, we find out that she's not what she seems: Saunders is actually Whiskey, a Doll. Alpha carved up her face because she was the number-one-requested Doll, and he preferred Echo. Then he killed the real Dr. Saunders, and Whiskey took his place. She had no idea she was an active - and neither did we.
  Hallucinatory Huddy
House

Fox and Cuddy FINALLY give in to their attraction as Cuddy helped House detox. Squeee! One thing: It never happened. After Cuddy fires House, House discovers that his vivid recollections were just drug-induced hallucinations. That's what finally gets him to admit he needs help. We end the episode with Wilson driving House to a mental hospital while the rest of the staff is at Chase and Cameron's wedding. We never saw it coming.

Brennan's baby business
Bones

Brennan has never really been the warm, maternal type. Sure, we've seen her entertain the occasional tot with her "Phalanges!" trick, but she's never struck us - or anyone on the show - as mommy material. But one day, she figured out that the world deserves her spawn, and that Booth has the perfect genetic material to contribute. Where did this new baby-mania come from? Who knows - but it made Booth's amnesia all the more heartbreaking.
  Peter is dead
Fringe

We had dark intimations that something weird happened to Peter when he was a child all season. Walter mentioned an illness, a car crash... and when he talked about the performed on children (including little Olivia), we got worried. But the reality was so much worse - Peter died as a child, but he's still here. Did Walter snatch another version of Peter from an alternate dimension? Is that what kick-started The Pattern - is it part of an inter-dimensional war? Oh, Walter, what have you done - and what's Peter going to do when he finds out?

R.I. P. Bill Buchanan
24

Tony's betrayal, rehabilitation and bigger betrayal shocked the pants off of use this season, but for our money, the bigger twist was Bill Buchanan's untimely death. Poor Bill had been a behind-the-scenes guy for so long - and he'd survived so much - that it didn't occur to us that he'd be in danger. But this IS 24, and they have a habit of killing off our favorites. So when Juma's men threatened the President in the White House, Bill made the ultimate sacrifice to help defeat him. Oh, Bill....

The Sourcies Salute the Best Guest

FOX knows how to get the big guns on its shows -- but who has been the best guest? Your votes decide!

24: Jon Voight as Jonas Hodges
Oscar winner JonVoight joined 24 as Jonas Hodges, the corrupt, unbalanced CEO and owner of the ficticious security firm Starkwood. Jonas was a traitor, a lunatic and a very bad man - he created a nasty biological weapon, then allied himself with an African warlord to test it on innocent civilians. He wanted to set it off on American soil so he could have an excuse to use his firm to take over the country. But all of these sins weren't what got him in the end. Instead, it was revenge for one single person that he'd killed to cover his tracks. Granted, that person was the President's son, and President Taylor's daughter/Chief of Staff, Olivia, didn't take kindly to the killing. So she hired an assassin to wreak her revenge, yet she didn't tell others in the White House about this. Jonas died in a fiery explosion at the end of the series - and while he was an evil guy, he was a fantastic character, and we were disappointed to see him go.
Bones: Ryan O'Neal as Max Keenan
Ryan has been a regular guest on Bones, playing Brennan's loving father Max Keenan - who also happens to be an unrepentant killer. This year, we saw a different side of Max, as he appeared as a crime boss in the hallucinatory final episode of the season. Even in this new role, Max can't disguise his eternal charm. Everyone loves both Bones and O'Neal, making the pair an unbeatable combination.
Dollhouse: Alan Tudyk as Alpha
Alpha was a mysterious - and scary - presence throughout the season. We knew he had been an Active, and we knew something had gone terribly wrong, but that's it. So when we finally met him at the end of the season, it was a bit of a shock. First surprise: He carried the imprints of 48 people in his head, thought he was a god, and was comprised of pure insanity. Second surprise: He was played by Whedon regular Alan Tudyk - who we'd last seen as the loveable, charming, and utterly harmless Wash on Whedon's previous show, Firefly. What a change!
Family Guy: Lauren Conrad as Lauren Conrad
Even if you don't watch The Hills, you know you've got an opinion on Lauren Conrad. Well, so did Brian - but he ended up in bed with her after a drunken escapade, where he spent time mourning the marriage of his one true love, the dim but delightful Jillian (voiced by Drew Barrymore!). But Brian - and the audience - was in for a surprise - this Lauren is brainy, cultured and utterly unlike what you'd expect from someone who is famous for being famous. We loved that Lauren played against type and had fun with her image - and made herself the love interest for a dog!
Fringe: Leonard Nimoy as William Bell
Leonard Nimoy. Leonard. Freaking. Nimoy! We're talking Spock, here! So Fringe fans were all aflutter when we found out that Nimoy would be playing the mysterious William Bell, the man who may or may not have set The Pattern loose on an unsuspecting world. Because he's Nimoy, he doesn't have to say or do anything. He's just that cool. But is Bell using all of humanity as guinea pigs in his fiendish experiments, or have his ideas been corrupted? He's the lynchpin, the man in the shadows, the one who may be able to answer everything - and he's LEONARD. NIMOY! Eeeeeee!

The Sourcies Are Still Reeling from These OMG Moments!

We can hardly count the number of times we needed to pick our jaws off the floor this season on FOX -- there were so many OMG! moments to make us do a double-triple-quadruple take and goggle at the screen. Which was the most shocking? Well, that's for you to decide!

24.gif24: Tony Almeida is a bad guy!
In a season full of shocks and heart-breaking moments, this may have been the one that topped them all. We were worried when we saw Tony working with the bad guys, but were reassured when Chloe and Bill vouched for him. Of course! He went astray, but now he's undercover trying to bring the evildoers down! But things seemed hinky with him throughout the season. Finally, we got irrefutable evidence that Tony had crossed over to the eeeeeeevil side when he killed a helpless Agent Moss -- just as the guy was starting to grow on us! What's more, he killed Larry in them most up-close and personal way possible, looking into his eyes as he smothered him with his bare hands. We don't know if there's any way to redeem Tony now...
Bones.gifBones: Booth has amnesia!
For the past four seasons, we've watched Booth and Brennan dance around their feelings for each other. This season, it started looking the they'd finally figure things out. Gordon teased us with the fact that one of the pair was keenly aware of their attraction. We assumed it was Booth. In the finale, it looked like Brennan was coming around -- the story she seemed to be writing imagined a happy relationship between the two. Then Booth woke up, apparently recovered from surgery for his benign brain tumor. The good news -- he's doing fine. The bad news? He doesn't remember Brennan at all. Poing!
dollhouse.gifDollhouse: Alpha returns and tries to imprint Echo!
The Dollhouse was the site of all sorts of strange behavior and questionable characters -- none more so than Alpha, the Doll who was supposed to be long gone. First off, he's played by Alan Tudyk, who we still think of as lovable, goofy Wash -- so when he turned into a psycho killer with 40-odd personalities, that took us aback. Then he decided that all the people in his head made him a god -- and he wanted Echo to join him in divinity. Echo gets all the people loaded into her head, but declines to join Alpha in his craziness. She saves her personality disc and willingly goes back to the Dollhouse -- but she remembers much more than everyone thinks. All OMG worthy, but the biggest -- and most welcome --shock? That Dollhouse is coming back so we'll get to see how this all plays out!
fringe-omg.gifFringe: Olivia follows Bell to another dimension!
Fringe was another show full of shocking twists and turns, but one of the most visceral shocks came at the very end of the season finale. After stopping Mr. Jones, Olivia finally gets her audience with William Bell -- who, Nina Sharp keeps telling her, is out of the office. She's not kidding -- Olivia tries to meet Nina for lunch, and is stood up. She stomps to the elevator, and things... flicker. Change. People appear and disappear. The elevator doors open, and a woman ushers Olivia into an office. William Bell is waiting for her. The camera pans back from Olivia and Bell, and zooms out the window. It keeps panning back, further and further... and we realize that Bell's office is in the World Trade Center. Which is still standing. It's a classic sci-fi shock move, akin to finding the Statue of Liberty buried in the sand. Wow.
house.gifHouse: When is a lipstick not a lipstick?
Fans were squealing with glee when House and Cuddy hooked up at the end of the penultimate episode. But in the finale, something was off. Cuddy was seriously upset with House, and House couldn't figure out why. He kept playing with the lipstick he'd picked up at her place, worryig it in his hands, flipping it over and over. It was a talisman for what had happened -- and it wasn't real. Huddy never happened. House spat out an unforgivable insult to Cuddy and her adopted child, and she kicked him out. There was not hooking up. There was no lipstick. House has been playing with yet another Vicodin pill bottle this whole time. When he sees how far astray his mind as been leading him, House admits that something needs to be done. Wilson drives him to a mental hospital -- and House checks himself in for treatment.
So those are the choices, FOX fans. Which was the most shocking OMG moment? Your votes decide. Polls are open until July 23 -- so get to it!

Fox Scores Emmy Nods!

Congrats are in order! Emmy nominations were announced and Fox is up for a few trophies:

We're thrilled for all the nominees, of course -- and for the new blood that made it in! We're used to House and 24 getting nods, but Family Guy? that's new -- and a very good move, as far as we're concerned. We'd love to hear what Stewie would say in the acceptance speech...

Be sure to tune in to The 61st Primetime Emmys on September 20 to root for all the FOX hopefuls!

FOX Sourcies: Vote for Favorite Crime Buster!

It's time to kick off the FOX Sourcies! Today, we're taking on the Best Crime Buster. FOX is full of felony-fighting heroes -- both fictional folk who take down killers and real-life figures who take a bite out of crime. Which one will win the coveted Sourcie?

Jack Bauer
24

This season alone, Jack Bauer took out an African warlord, exposed a crazed security contractor, saved the President of the United States and prevented a biological weapon from killing thousands -- at the expense of his own skin.

Seeley Booth and Temperance Brennan
Bones

Booth has the badge and the people skills, and Brennan has the scientific knowhow to find all the evidence. The two of them make a formidable crime-fighting pair!

Olivia Dunham
Fringe

In investigating The Pattern, Olivia has gone up against face-melting viruses, human bombs, monstrous creatures -- and even her own past.
John Walsh
America's Most Wanted

This season, Walsh took on cybercrime, drug-cartel violence and more. It's all part of a show that has caught more than 1,000 criminals over 22 seasons.
Homer Simpson
The Simpsons

Homer made the most of his time as a bounty hunter and crime buster. He even managed to take out Snake and Fat Tony-- Springfield's Most Wanted!

Carlos Bernard and Jeffrey Nordling on the 24 Finale

A lot went down in the last couple hours of 24 this season -- Tony Almeda killed Agent Larry Moss (just when we were starting to really like him!), then proved himself to be a double/triple/quadruple -- to heck with it, we've lost count -- agent in the end. We caught up with both men on the golf course, and asked them to tell us what they thought about the finale. Find out what Jeffrey was thinking about doing when he met Carlos again, and see whether Carlos thinks Tony was doing the right thing. Plus, find out about Carlos' new project, which sounds like it should be a hit with 24 fans!

What do you think of their answers? Talk about it in the comments!

24: Finale Far from Finished

Jack&Renee.jpgDAY 7 - 6:00AM - 8:00AM

Well, the day is over, but there is so much just beginning, so many questions unanswered that we can't help but feel we've been little Empire Strikes Back'd! As we got into hours 23 and 24, we were looking for some resolution to all that has happened.  Who are "the crew", will Tony tell all, and most importantly -- will Jack live? But nothing. To that we say, "touché, 24 writers," we're already setting the DVR for next season.

Let's take a look at some of the things we do know from the last two hours:

Tony is really evil and his anger stems back to the death of his wife Michelle and the couple's unborn son. We learn Almeida has been working both sides as he tracked down the person who was ultimately responsible for Michelle's death, a man named Alan Wilson. During his search he found that Wilson was responsible for so much more, including the hit on President David Palmer. Tony said he planned on turning Wilson in when he was working with Bill and Chloe, but that Jack's arrival on the scene messed everything up. Tony's crossover to crazy became official when he decided to "harvest" Jack's organs in an attempt to recover the pathogen -- nice touch. However, we're officially mad at him for killing his hot partner Kara.
Where Tony is now: in custody.

First Daughter Olivia Taylor is in big trouble. Secret Service Agent Aaron Pierce alerted former Chief-of-Staff Ethan Kanin that Olivia may not be on the up-and-up. Kanin was able to get a recording of her conversation where she set up the hit on Hodges. He turned it over to President Taylor, giving her the opportunity to cover the whole thing up. Taylor thought about it, but we knew she would do the right thing. Of all the losses on Day 7, President Taylor endured some of the worst, effectively losing her family.
Where Oliva is now: In custody for the murder of Jonas Hodges.

24: Red Carpet Chat on Day 7's Season Finale

The stars of "24" hit the red carpet for a special screening of Day 7's Season Finale. Check out what they have to say...and what they're keeping to themselves...

Returning shows on FOX: Get the Scoop on Fringe, Lie to Me, Dollhouse, Terminator, SYTYCD and More!

fox-returning.gifIt's official! We now have the FOX Network TV schedule for 2009-2010, so let the discussion begin!

First, the good news: Some of our favorite shows are returning. Fringe and Lie to Me, the two strongest freshman series, continue to see the network love, as we already knew. Lie to Me moves to Monday night, following House. It's a night of prickly, insulting-yet-adorable geniuses with parental issues and complicated love lives! Just imagine a crossover between those shows -- Lightman as patient, picking up every lie that House and his minions told, or House trying to diagnose weird medical reasons Loker's pathological honesty.

We get two different takes on the FBI on Thursday, as Fringe jumps nights to follow Bones. Twice the horrific corpse effects, twice the fun! Could Booth and Brennan's will they/won't they dance be part of The Pattern? Will Brennan ever be called in to identify some particularly gnarly remains that Olivia, Walter and Peter stumble over? We know, it's unlikely, but this is the sort of thing that keeps us up at night. We need help.

Find out the fate of Dollhouse, Terminator, So You Think You Can Dance and more after the jump!

24 Finale: How One Office Reacts

We're counting down (beep... BEEP....beep... BEEP) to the season finale of 24, and we can hardly wait! Will Jack rescue Tony -- or just kick his ass? Will Olivia get in deep trouble for her part in Hodges' assassination? Will Aaron be the one to take her down? And just how will Jack cheat death by Mad Cow?

But the excitement in our office is nothing compared to the scene in this workplace -- they  have competing Jacks, office-implement torture, multiple "Dammits!", and even a product placement. Not bad!

What are you doing to prepare for the finale? Talk about it in the comments!

24: No Easy Way Out

24 DAY 7 - 5:00AM - 6:00AM

24_sc-2207_094.jpg

For everybody who thought we were crazy for looking forward to the return of Kim Bauer...we concede, relent, bow down and now ultimately agree with you. Her return has been less-than-interesting and now appears to be just a way to drag what has been so far been one of the show's best seasons on for two more hours. The time for suggestions may be past, but we'd like to propose a small change for producers to consider; call the show "22" and make Monday's episode the finale. We just can't stomach another arc of Kim being used to manipulate Jack.

Kim did nothing more in Hour 22 than wait for her delayed flight while being paranoid she was being followed. Her paranoia was right on -- it was just a bummer for her that she chose to throw in with what appeared to be a couple waiting for a flight, and NOT the F.B.I. agent Jack asked to keep an eye on her. Now we know this wouldn't help fill time, but if Jack just told her what he was doing, we most likely wouldn't be in this situation. Kind of like a Christian Slater movie -- it would be over in 10 minutes if he just told the right people what was happening (cough, "Hard Rain," cough).  More on Kim and her "purpose" in just a few.

The tension between Chloe and Janis is still on the rise while the pair works side-by-side at F.B.I. headquarters. Chloe cuts Janis down for not being up on the latest tools -- and rightly so -- but Janis redeems herself when she manages to reconstruct info in a smashed tracking device Tony was using. Check out the notable quotes at the end for some good back and forth between our two favorite tech-heads. We're still looking for some more witty banter between Chloe and Janis, but listen up, show: If we have to sit through a Kim Bauer hostage situation, we want to see a nails, teeth and hair-pulling cat fight between them to make up for it!

24: Profiled and Framed

DAY 7 - 4:00AM - 5:00AM

24_4AM5AM-Sc2109_0017.jpg

First we'd like to give a big Fox Fix thanks a LOT to the 24 producers, or the network or whomever decided it was necessary to release so much info on next season. Hopefully the sarcasm is not lost here. But seriously, EW recently wrote an update that included minor plot points, locations and returning characters. There were only four weeks left of Day 7! How about a little consideration for the fans who've invested hours into the show, not just watching  but also discussing and speculating about what might happen. In the future, if that info could remain classified, Jack-style, until the final tick of the clock, that would be great.

Now that we've got that off our collective chests... on with Hour 21:

We lost one of our favorite 24 characters of all time after bad guy Jonas Hodges went up in flames when the SUV he was in exploded outside the back door of the F.B.I. headquarters. Now the question is: Who did it? The obvious answer would be the hitman Olivia Taylor hired to kill him. But she didn't complete the transaction. Maybe the hitman was acting on good faith -- but we think there is someone else behind it. Possibly the Secret Service Agent tasked with moving Hodges? But who is he working for?

24: Don't Let Your Enemy Reload

24 DAY 7 - 3:00AM - 4:00AM

24-720_sc2035_1131.jpgWe'd like to start out with a big Fox Fix thanks to the 24 writers and producers for not killing off Jonas Hodges. Played brilliantly by Jon Voight, Hodges has been one of Day 7's -- and the series' -- most compelling bad guys. Even as his plan falls apart, we believe he is someone who can still go toe-to-toe with Jack -- and he gets the chance. Bauer uses Hodges' family and the promise of witness protection to get the Starkwood chief to tell what he knows about the plan. Hodges spills the beans in a great back-and-forth with Jack -- but we believe he still has a few cards up his sleeve.
For everybody looking for the Chloe/Janis cage match, you almost got what you were looking for -- until Jack stepped in and put Janis in her place. That after Janis expressed reservations about their "Big Brother" tactics. Kudos for the overly-dramatic music as the once-shuttered C.T.U. servers are brought back to life. Very ominous!

Chloe is back at F.B.I. because she is apparently the only one able to access the C.T.U. servers. In a touching moment, Chloe tells Morris to take baby Prescott and leave ahead of a potential terror attack. Morris objects, of course, but in typical fashion he folds and says he and the kid will leave. We don't think we've seen the last of him. Our advice: Run, Morris, run!

24: Tony Loves it when a Plan Comes Together

24 DAY 7 - 2:00AM - 3:00AM

A few things we learned in Hour 19: a) Jonas Hodges is not the ultimate mastermind behind the day's events, b) Tony is a bad man and c) it appears Jack is indeed human.

We have yet to see Jonas Hodges against the ropes like he was in the last hour. The man with the plan appears to run out of options...except suicide. Hodges got a visit from his lawyer's beautiful doppleganger who gave him what appears to be a suicide pill. Jonas has rocked the boat with his terror attacks and has angered his bosses. He was told to take the pill in the interest of his family's safety and his company's legacy. He did...but will the pill be enough to take down one of the toughest 24 bad guys?

We're beginning to learn more about the incredibly detailed plan involving Tony to obtain one of the bio-weapons. A lot has had to happen to get to this point...a lot! There are some new faces who appear to be calling the shots including Hodges' faux lawyer. And who is the woman who we now know hired Tony for this gig? Could she be Tony's love interest, who has been rumored since the day began? And what is Tony's role? Is he just in it for the money? He told Galvez, his new partner in crime, that the people he's working for will pay a lot of money for the bio-weapon cannister.

24: Tony! How COULD You!

24 DAY 7 - 1:00AM - 2:00AM

He's dead, he's alive, he's a traitor, he's a good guy, um...he killed Larry Moss...he's Tony Almeida and apparently still really, really mad. We here at Fox Fix admit it, we were fooled into thinking he was back on the side of good, just like he managed to do to the F.B.I., Jack, Bill and Chloe. But as we saw in Hour 18, Tony has other plans.

More on Tony later; hour 18 also saw the return of Kim Bauer in a scene that had us longing for a hungry mountain lion. Jack was really mad at Renee for bringing Kim into the picture -- to that we say, c'mon Jack, lighten up, and look at those freckles. But after finding out that Kim wanted to see him the pair reunited, apologized, hugged...and then Jack sent Kim on her way, refusing help with the experimental Mad Cow treatment. We're counting on Kim to return and help her dad fight the disease -- mostly because we know Keifer has signed on for another season. Thanks again producers for that nugget. If she doesn't return, that had to be one of the more gratuitous scenes in "24" history, as it added nothing other than reuniting the father and daughter. Did we care?

Back at the White House President Taylor is getting ready to meet with Hodges after calling off the attack on Starkwood and walking out on the Joint Chiefs. Taylor is upset with Jack when he calls with a plan to blow up the missiles, but eventually gives him the cryptic go-ahead. Hodges arrives with Seaton and the pair give Taylor a "proposal" for a "partnership" between the U.S. government and Starkwood. Tony is successful in blowing up the missiles and the bioweapons -- most of them, anyway --  and Hodges and Seaton are arrested. Hodges leaves giving Taylor something new to worry about, that he's not the end of the line.
