"Turtle: The Incredible Journey"

A Turtle Movie Gala, presented by Florida Atlantic
University's Charles E. Schmidt College of Science, will be held at the
Crest Theatre on November 9. A screening of the movie “Turtle: the
Incredible Journey” will begin at 8:00 pm. The screening will be preceded
by a cocktail reception. To purchase tickets, please visit the Movie
Gala website. Proceeds of this event will benefit Florida Atlantic
University's Sea Turtle Research Program. For more information,

Palm Beach County Parks & Recreation Department.

Green Cay Wetlands and Nature Center is located at 12800 Hagen Ranch Road,
west of Boynton Beach between Boynton Beach Boulevard and Atlantic Avenue.
The wetlands are open six days a week, from sunrise to sunset. Building is closed on Mondays. Nature center hours are 1:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. Tuesday through Friday; 8:15 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Saturdays and 1:00 to 4:30 P.M. on Sundays.

On Tuesdays at 4:00 P.M., and on Saturdays at 9:00 and 11:00 A.M. and 1:00 and 3:00 P.M., free guided half-mile tours are offered to visitors.
There are no reservations required.

If you are looking for a lovely morning or afternoon walk with visiting
relatives or if you need a destination to take your grandchildren,
Green Cay Nature Center is a great refuge for the eyes and the soul.

The Nature Center has indoor exhibits, restrooms, and a lovely gift shop. Volunteers
are friendly and knowledgeable.

On Wednesday, November 17th at 9:30 a.m.,

the Coalition of Boynton West Residential Associations (COBWRA)

will meet at the Tuscany Bay Clubhouse,

NINTH ANNUAL FALL ORCHID & CRAFT SHOW,

will be at the American Orchid Society,
16700 AOS Lane, Delray Beach.
Dates: Nov. 19-Nov 21, 2010
