Venus and Alfred Etienne will celebrate the return of their 19 year old son Sam from a tour of duty in Iraq by attending a Welcome Home party sponsored by their community in their Newport Cove Clubhouse this Saturday, December 29. Sam Etienne is an HM3 (FMF) Naval Corpsman assigned to the U. S. Marines.
