New Nursing Home Planned

NursingHomeCU.jpg
A 120 bed skilled nursing home is planned at Morkami Park and Jog Roads in West Delray. The complex will consist of three buildings: Two one-story and one three-story, 99,800 sq. ft. of building space. Maximum height of buildings will be 35'. Access and most of the parking will be off Morikami Park Road.

This will be an upscale, skilled nursing facility catering to the needs of area residents in need of ongoing excellent healthcare in a luxurious living environment. The design of the building will be consistent with the natural beauty of the Morikami Park and Gardens as well as the high end single family home communities along Jog Road's "Million Dollar Mile" which surrounds the property.

Once county approval is received, construction will take approximately eighteen months.
