At a recent meeting of the board of directors of the Alliance of Delray Residential Associations Jeff Brophy of Land Design South showed a graphic of the conceptual site plan of the proposed medical
office development on the civic parcel at Delray Villas.
“This plan has not been submitted or reviewed by County staff and will likely modify as we go through the approval process,” he said.
