Huck Asks Rudy for His Vote
It was bound to happen. There are so many presidential candidates here - more than a dozen - that two had to run into each other.
As Rudy Giuliani was leaving the polling place at the Brookside Congregational Church early this morning, who should be rolling up in his bus but Mike Huckabee.
Huckabee took the initiative: "Hey, mayor, may I have your vote today?"
Giuliani, all smiles, shook Huckabee's hand and as they parted said, "See you in South Carolina."
Following that encounter, Giuliani went to his campaign headquarters to speak with his supporters clad in red t-shirts, He made no predictions about how he'd do today in New Hampshire. Instead, he once again stressed the national campaign..
"We're going to win. We're going to be the nominee of the party," Giuliani said. "It's a marathon."

I have been saying on this blog since summer....Nothing changes.
Rudy has been labeled as a Liberal in the early states.
Look for Huckabee to do better then most expect in NH...Double numbers for him in NH. Huckster has great shot of knocking Rudy off from third place!
When Rudy comes in forth tonight, expect the media PR problems again for him. Rudy best high tail it down to Florida and work the "Panhandle" where his numbers are taking hits and reflecting in those polls (Rudy's Social Issues problems in Panhandle, are you surprised?)
A loss in Florida would be the "Final Torpedo" in Rudy's ship at that point……Come Florida, Rudy's ship will have already taken three in the engine room and will be listing big time……Rudy would be done in this election if NY transplants do not come through.
Rudy is already toast in NH, MI & SC.....Rudy now behind in Florida....
Finally, Rudy is out of money...... Bye-bye Rudy?

Thank God Jim Kelly is editing his blog to a readable content.
How long after Rudy tanks tonight till he develops another medical condition rather than just drops out gracefully??
I can't see how Huckaburn has the resources and manpower to go national. It is a McCain and Giuliani race.
I have been saying since summer to the State GOP Rudy "Kool-aid" gang.
In the Florida "Panhandle," Rudy is getting beat bad in the polls, thus reflecting his second and soon third place finish as of now in Florida. I should note that Rudy is heading down to Florida tonight and will work it for a couple of weeks.
In short, Rudy is losing Florida, he knows it and is going through the motions in NH to now stop from losing third place to the Huckster.
Rudy is also losing MI & SC for that matter.
In other words, after the Florida lose, that will be the end of Rudy.
I do agree that little, little hope holds out if McCain wins tonight, but that diminishes Rudy further upon another McCain Victory in MI and SC.
Either way, Rudy has made many, many contacts nationwide to enhance his company. He also maintains the power of his endorsement and then will campaign for the victor. Perhaps deal for Rudy for position in cabinet etc...

Who exactly is Rudy going to lose to?
Huckabee: A slick-talking liberal, fast with the corny quip, but clueless and not ready to be president?
McCain: Old, passed-over by the GOP, and the epitome of a RINO, from his opposition to waterboarding, opposition to the bush tax cuts, etc.
Mitt: The biggest flip-flopper in the GOP in a long while. He criticizes McCain for voting against the Bush tax cuts, but he spoke out against them. He's backed away from his statewide healthcare plan. What else did he do in MA besides that and raising taxes?
The bottom line is that you can't judge Rudy's chances in a vacuum -- an election is a choice.
I can't see how these pygmies would beat Rudy.
RE: Kay comment....
This is NOT New York politics, this is National Politics, two different animals.
Rudy has received the endorsements in the past years of the Abortion Industry Organizations such as (Planned Parenthood, & NARAL)
Many Pro-Gay Rights groups and organizations
And from many of the Anti-Second Amendment groups.
This is exactly why Rudy is not even on the map in these Conservative Primaries.
That said, RTL's, ACU & 2A's are working their butts off and continue the rally cry and threat to the GOP to somehow and someway remove the field and crown ONE Conservative where all can rally soon behind for remaining State primaries.
