It's not a sniper in Bosnia. But here's a cute video that, pretty convincingly, shows Obama saying something that is pretty clearly not true.
So, apparently, he plays by Clinton Rules: Politicians are sometimes allowed to make stuff up if it helps them, because their ambition is not subject to the normal rules of human behavior. Why do these people think they're allowed to do this? Is there something complicated about just telling the truth? All the time?
