Some questions for Steve... "If you were around when Simon and Garfunkel broke up, what advice would you have given to Garfunkel?"

"If CBS offered the two of you $4 million a year to do a show together, but they insisted on calling it 'Garry & Steve,' would you do it?"

A question for Garry... "When your daughter wants to sing 'Row, Row, Row Your Boat' do you make her go outside to sing it, or do you make her change the words to Paddle Paddle Paddle Your Boat.'?"

- From Richard, Northwest side

You were both a part of a team and concept that changed radio in Chicago being part of the LOOP powerhouse back in the 80's

Do you see that line up and type of station happening again? That talent all in one place?

if you got back together, wouldn't it be like lennon and mccartney getting back
together, that is, one is dead and the other makes awful music even starbucks
probably doesn't want to sell anymore?

who is Susanna Homan, how did she get into our lives, and why is she emceeing a comedy event?

Is true that Steve & Gary will race in the Chicago Marathon in October? The loser has to move to Whiting,IN and do a local talk show on the radio?

Hi Guys,

By the way I love your show and anyone who send in comments saying otherwise are full of it. My question is for Steve. Way back when he purchased a .05 slot machine from my parents and I was wondering if he still had it. Everytime I see or hear his name it makes me think of the slot machine and brings back all the great things in my childhood. It would be great to find out if he still has it.

Keep up the giggles!!!!

Dear Steve and Garry,
I am planning my daughters batmitva for 2014 in Glencoe ill. I am a big fan of you both and would love to hire you for the event. Would like you both to act as human serving tables similar to some high end sushi resturants.

Thanks for doing this and the Gilda's Club event. I enjoy seeing you together as well as listening to you individually.
Just wondered if it is worth it to you - especially having to put up with all of these lameass attempts at humor ?

Just admit it, the break up was one big publicity stunt. Right?

Wow, nice to know you don't have any hard feelings about your breakup. Last time I checked, CBS Radio wasn't paying people who didn't bring in more money then they cost, so I guess you comment reflects a lot more on you then it does on Steve or Garry, who have a proven track record of pulling money into the bank. I do have a question for the boys however. I see the lineup for this charity shindig and I ask myself, except for Steve and Garry, where's the entertainment on the bill? Is this a charity meet and greet or is there supposed to be some entertainment value? Much as I love Tim K's writing for movies he's not a standup commedian. So this event seems a little underpowered. Good thing they've got two of the biggest time fillers on the planet on the bill, who have a track record of making something out of nothing.

Please don't get back together, let Van Halen and Led Zepplin destroy memories. Steve needs to be on XM 202 with O&A. I think that enviroment would serve him well. I'll stop typing and listen for my answer...

Let's not stop with Steve and Garry getting together, how about including Kevin Matthews and Jonathan Brandmeier too! Maybe a cookout-to-combat-cancer at Cliff's ranch?

But seriously:
How is satellite radio and online streaming impacting the radio business? I listen to you guys from NYC streaming online. Local radio in NYC is obnoxious, and I don't feel compelled to pay to listen to radio or podcasts.

That headline scared me! I thought that meant you were joining Spike and Kathy&Judy!!

Now that I think of it, Garry's new show is shaping up to be the "new Roy Leonard"....

Hi Guys....

Would it kill either of you to have some celebrities on your shows? The average listener can handle only so much of one person in a 3 to 5 hour period.

How about a Mark Grace or Bill Murray interview once in awhile?

Regards...

Dan

Is the expose' on Elvis' excessive and hedonistic lifestyle "Greetings from Graceland" ever coming to DVD. I also loved the Joliet 15 on the TV show.

ED

Hey Steve,

It's been a couple of days since you mentioned Disco Demolition. Can you please talk about it some more. I love hearing about an event that occurred nearly 30 years ago....ZZZZZZZ, sorry I fell asleep thinking about it.

Umm... are you guys lookin for an Intern?

I'm wondering if Paul will let Tommy Skillethead do the weather? Hey super duper. And if Cliff will be doing any rejoins?

I haven't seen you both on TV in the morning since I used to watch "It's Too Early". One of the funniest shows of the time back then!

When will DVDs go on sale? I'd even pay a slight up-charge over Steve's usually high asking prices , if the extra went to a good charity, like Gilda's Club Chicago.

Seriously I can't wait to buy them when they're out. Thanks for all the years of laughter to both of you.

Ed

Steve and Garry -- I'm still a big fan. Steve, please help me remember the name of the Mexican restaurant I believe you owned or had an interest in back in the 80's, early 90's. I had many great times and meals there. I also seem to recall a tavern that you (and maybe Garry) had an interest in as well in River North. I hope you can remember the names. Thanks!

Hi steve i used to love listening to your show the breakfast club it was so fun also i loved your parody songs do u still make them

Steve's Restaurant was Hatdance, Garry's - Sabrina
