One More Week...

This time next week, I hope to be in labor, or better yet, done with the whole thing and holding my son, Max!
Yes, the pregnancy that seems to have lasted 100 weeks, is finally almost over.
I am so glad... (I'm sure my husband and co-workers are too)
Some would say (like that crazy Robin Baumgarten) that I have turned into a real you know what....rhymes with witch :-)
She would know!!! She's just nuts!!!!!!!!
But, I will say if I have one more person say to me "Oh, that went by quick!" or "Man, you're big...are you sure there's just one baby in there?” I am going to scream!!!!!!!!!!
I am done!!!!!!!!!!
All you moms out there know exactly what I mean, when you are this close.
I'm not going to whine anymore about it....

I just want to say thanks to everyone for all their well wishes and ideas on Max's middle name.
We are close to a decision and as soon as I deliver, I will post the name on my blog.
So, stay tuned!!!!

Yea for Val having the baby soon...does that mean us lucky lady viewers get more Jan Shimek-I sure hope so!!

Congrats on making it to the final leg of your pregnancy. I sure it will be a big relief when that bundle of joy comes your way. Best wishes!!!!

Lots of luck, Val. Hope the delivery goes well. The new baby is already so luck to have a loving mom, dad and brother like you.

I admire you for getting up every day and being on air, looking terrific as you report on traffic conditions. Couldn't have been easy every day. What a trooper. Hope your baby has your genes.

We'll miss you during maternity leave. Enjoy the time bonding with your new baby. That's what life really is about. Take time for yourself.

For the record, I recall Larry announcing at the tale end of the morning show one day that Roseanne (now on Channel 2) had just given birth. And they talked to Marcella the following morning after she gave birth to her son.

Don't recall Robin did any call-ins or wanted to be called!!

Hey, Larry and Paul never actually announced births of their babies. It sort of came down the line later.

Mike Barz once showed a picture of his wife, his older daughter and new baby. He said this is what is the most important thing to me.

Congrats Val. I hope everything goes well for you.

I'll miss ya while you're gone believe it or not.

Hi Val, May God continue to bless you through your pregnancy and I know that all will be well with you and the baby. I pray you have an easy delivery and look forward to seeing the pictures. Hope you are not gone too long!!!! U will surely be missed!!!

PUSH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Val,
The name I like is Maxwell Adam Warner (MAW). The thing I hated the most late in pregnancy was the stupid question, "Haven't you had that baby yet?" Well... obviously not! Best of luck to you; I'll miss you in my mornings until you get back.
God Bless,
Christine

Hey Val,I'll miss your smiling face in the morning, but you know I wish you the best, hurry back, luv ya,
Malrie

Congrats Val, I'm sure you can't wait til its over. You looked good carrying lil Max. I'm sure your daughter can't wait for her little brother's birth. Take care and come back soon.

Congrats Val!! Good luck!!

Good Luck Val. You're great and I hope the labor goes smoothly

Congratulation Val, your son is adorable.
