So your comments are read and considered.
I appreciate the faithfulness and loyalty that so many of you have shown to us over the years.
On an unrelated note, things seem to have settled down around here.
The boss man has apparently moved on from the explosion of anger that he dumped on us last week.
(See earlier blog entitled "Trouble" for more info.)
For the record, it is far easier to absorb a beating as a team of three than individually.
If you are going to get into trouble at work, alway make it a point to get someone else in trouble with you.
It's a little more bearable.

It's a pleasure to help a great team of individuals who makes our mornings delightful. You aren't jerks. You are educated people with professional backgrounds. Yes, you could sit behind a desk like newscasters on other stations and be robots reading news.
You give us flare, life and humor.
You guys seem to like each other and that works to your advantage.
Your bosses' opinions are in the minority.
Taping mouths and censoring is long gone.
Just be yourselves. To a great team who are honest with their audience. We are no dummies either and could spot it if you changed.

Hey Paul, don't feel bad, I just quit my job after being yelled at like a 3 year old that flashed a bus of nuns. To top it all off my EX-boss had the nerve to talk about what I do on the days I'm not scheduled to work! Managers may have it hard, but that is the postion they took on themselves. Besides, don't they get all the credit for the great job we do?

Paul you are such a handsome guy could you please try to smile a little more. Every morning I turn to wgn news because I know that I will get the days weather from the handsome guy with the pleasant calming voice that can make a cloudy rain day seem like a sunshine rainbow day but a smile would make it so much more appreciated. Ms.B
