Marlins' Maybin feeling better

JUPITER -- Top prospect Cameron Maybin said his tight left hamstring felt better Saturday. He left Friday's game against the Nationals in Viera after reaching on a ninth-inning fielding error.

The Marlins won't let Maybin run for a couple of days, but he will continue taking part in all other baseball activities.

"Nothing serious, just precautionary really," Maybin said. "It was tight all day."

Maybin said he felt a "stretch" when he ran down the line after a grounder to short went through Felipe Lopez's legs.
