That just leaves former Pataki campaign spokeswoman Mercedes Padilla as part of the old guard in the MTA press shop. She says she is sticking. Meanwhile, LIRR spokesman Sam Zambito is filling in at MTA HQ for press. Tom Kelly resigned earlier this month.
