The Wavier is available to students of any age. Up to six waivers per county are awarded each year; one for each of the following conflicts: WWII, Korean Conflict, Vietnam Conflict, Southwest Asia Conflict, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
The waiver can be used at any University of Illinois campus. The deadline to apply is March 1, 2008.

I am a VietNam Veteran of 1965.
I have a son attending Northern
Illinois University in Dekalb, Ilinois. Can this application be used there.
