High gas prices call for desperate measures

In the middle of all this, we're watching our Presidential candidates conduct an Alice in Wonderland debate about remedies for high gas prices that won't have any effect until today's kindergartners get driver's licenses. Which they won't need, because we'll all be riding bikes by then.

This is something i was thinking, 1959 I was 13,
My ole man told me just watch and see someday, the price of water will be as much as gas,(oh sure) And gas then as I remember was .29cents Gal, a pack of lucky strikes .13
Do U Remember getting re-refined oil to in the quart jars, at .05 - 10 cents
Seeing a movie for .25 and includes soda and popcorn, and watched 2-3 times if you wanted
