As you can see, some things never change. If Benjamin Franklin were to utter his famous aphorism about death and taxes today, he'd be sure to include our favorite utility on the list.

I can't believe FPL continues to get away with blatently overcharging customers who have no choice. It's about time our Florida legislature shows some backbone and starts protecting its citizens. We should not have to choose between paying our electric bill and fook for our kids.
