To be fair, the Democrats were just as hard on W. whenever he went off to Crawford to clear brush.
Wait a second. By this point in his term, he’d already taken three times as many vacation days as President Obama.
Well, okay. But the nation wasn’t in a crisis, the way it is now.
Wait a second. Under Bush, we sustained the worst attack on our soil since Pearl Harbor, and we started two separate wars that weren’t going too well.
Fine, but Bush wasn’t really running the country. Cheney, Rummy and the neocon cabal were. W. was just the front man. What difference did it make if he went on vacation?
Well, you’ve got us there.

In 2015, three years into Obama's retirement, you lefties will still be blaming Bush. Get over Bush, the left has owned the White house for three years and Congress for five years. The left has brought America to the verge of bankruptcy. It will not be until January 2013 that the country begins to get better.
Americans don't mind Obama taking vacation. He is less likely to do more damage than if he was in Washington.

The country is in a deep economic crisis and it just looks really bad for this president to take a high profile ultra luxury vacation at this particular time. I know he must be tired after completing his "listening tour" iin the mid-west , funny it seems like I heard alot more coming out of his mouth (as usual) than actual listening. We as a country are told that we have to wait for the the release of his wonderfull new Spending Stimulous plan. It is obvious our president is over his head. If he were the CEO of a business he would have been fired already. I cant wait to hear how much more this president wants to spend on this most recent "jobs" plan and how much more debt we as a country will have to pay back.

This economic crisis has been going on for 4 years, beginning 14 months before Obama took office. So the president should never go on vacation?
Are you this upset, dearest hypocrites, that your newly elected REPUBLICAN HOUSE takes a week of vacation EVERY MONTH?
