The honeymoon is in full swing for President-elect Barack Obama.

FOX News of all places reported that inside the McCain campaign there was frustration that Sarah Palin didn't have enough general knowledge. That seemed like an understatement to me when they went on to report that she literally didn't know that Africa was a continent!

It wasn't a complete sweep but a very strong showing across the country in State wide and even local elections.

It was amazing watching history unfold before our eyes.

Millions of Obama fans are seen on TV on election night chanting, "Yes we can!!!"

Here's a rough toon if McCain wins. Here he is seen standing on a pile of trash labeled predictions, polls, pundits,etc...If McCain wins it will be the end of modern campaign polling as we know it. The cartoon is titled, "King of the Hill."

I like the sweetness of this toon. The promise an Obama victory offers young African Americans is amazing and wonderful but I'm not sure this encompasses enough of the whole story for tomorrow.

Fun cartoon but we'll have to wait and see how the numbers shake out...Plus not strong enough for the day after election.

If we run out of time before deadline then this will run in Wednesday's paper. I hope we can beat the deadline.

This would be an overhead view of millions of voters spelling out "yes we can."
The rough only has the "Y" filled with people because it takes forever to draw them all.
My editor is leaning towards this one.

This one is kind of fun but I don't think it's solid enough for the day after election toon.
