WASHINGTON – Sen. Hillary Clinton is not scheduled to make a single campaign stop Thursday, instead focusing her efforts on preparing for this evening's debate in Los Angeles.
Clinton flew from Atlanta to the nation's capitol last night to have the chance to sleep in her own bed for the evening – the Clinton's own a home on Embassy Row in Washington – and read over all the facts and figures she wants for tonight's one-on-one debate with Sen. Barack Obama.
The Clinton team obviously feels tonight's sit down, the last before Super Tuesday, the first without a candidate besides Obama, is important enough to fill the day flying from here to Burbank, a nearly 6-hour sojourn. Clinton will surely spend much of the time studying and prepping. Obama, in contrast, is scheduled to hold a massive L.A. rally this afternoon before appearing at Hollywood's Kodak Theatre.
Whose strategy is best for the CNN showdown this evening?
We'll know in less than 12 hours.

Hillary's strategy should be to question Obama on his past admitted drug use. Most Americans would like to know if it was a habit or simply experimental.
Also, has he ever had the [urge] to get high when Hillary's husband rattles his cage.

The Democrats who write for the Swamp and who cite polls every 20 minutes haven't yet mentioned this poll, probably because it is bad news for Democrats. Head on head, McCain beats both Clinton II and Barack H.
"The latest Rasmussen Reports survey of Election 2008 shows Republican frontrunner Senator John McCain with single-digit leads over Democratic Senators Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. McCain now leads Clinton 48% to 40%. He leads Barack Obama 47% to 41%....
McCain has led Clinton in four of the last five polling match-ups conducted by Rasmussen Reports. He has had the edge over Obama in three of the last four polls. (see history and trends). Following his victory in Florida, Rasmussen Markets data indicates that McCain is the overwhelming favorite for the Republican Presidential nomination."
From Rasmussen, Jan. 30th.

It all depends. Women, especially menopausal, need to rest up before trying events such as these, recharge their batteries.

"BUSH / CHENEY SPEAKS"
SHE'S A WOMAN, CAN'T YOU SEE SHE IS A WOMAN. DON'T LET ROE V WADE MAKE YOU THINK THAT THIS IS THE TIME. SHE IS A WOMAN, AND BEFORE SHE GETS TO BE PRESIDENT OF THESE UNITED STATES, A LOT MORE REPUBLICANS WILL RESIGN. A LOT MORE REPUBLICANS WILL SELL ALL THEIR WEALTH AND MOVE TO JAMAICA. A LOT MORE REPUBLICANS WILL BECOME LOBBYIST. A LOT MORE REPUBLICANS WILL BE CAUGHT IN RESTROOMS ACROSS AMERICA BUT WITHOUT THEIR "CAMPAIGN DONATED" DEFENSE FUNDS.
COME ON NOW, BE A MAN AND LOCK YOUR DAUGHTER, YOUR SPOUSE AND ESPECIALLY ANY WOMAN THAT IS UNMARRIED AND POSSIBLY WITH A CHILD.
THERE WILL BE NO UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE. WHAT KIND OF MAN DO YOU THINK WE ARE, AND WHAT KIND OF MEN DO YOU THINK WE WILL BECOME.
HEY, BUT IF ALL YA'LL CALL YOUR CONGRESSMAN AND ASK THEM TO GIVE ME IMMUNITY, THEN I MIGHT NOT READ ANOTHER STORY LIKE ON 9/11 IN AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL NEAR YOU.

Hillary often talks about building a bridge back to the policies of her husbands administration. I think she wants to do this to go back and institute various trade agreements that will expoet all the good paying jobs they missed the last time.
Obama talks about hope. He hopes that no one will see that his bridge is the real bridge to nowhere.
Neither one of these two offer any real change. They only offere empty promises of hope and memories of a past that didn't really exist.
I already miss John Edwards and I'm sure that in time the rest of America will too.

Well, questioning Obama on drug use may not be the best idea give the absurd answer her husband gave. The "I didn't inhale" statement will just remind everyone of the "Slick Willy" image that Hillary would like to step away from. Besides, do you really think Hillary never inhaled? oh, please. IF her answer is "No", then Obama should ask her what was wrong with her back then and why the hell not.

Great idea ,
Let Hillary go to the drug question , & my advise to Barack would be to ask Hillary , With your 35 years of experience Did you not learn , how dangerous , Bill Sexual addiction is , how he put your health at risk for sexually transmitted diseases , Aids etc. With your 35 yrs. experience you could not change the behaviour of one man, how are you going to change a nation run by powerful men to get anything done.

I have said it before. Obamas slogan should be "what I really mean" No substance when he speaks. He is a great scripted speaker. But has no grasp without a Q card. I am a registered independant and Clinton is my first choice. If she does not get the nod I will vote republican for the first time in my 52 years

CNN should be admonished by the FCC during this campaign it has promoted Obama to the point of absurdity. First they were using his name before hers and then they finally switched the order today! Someone must have complained. The stories and people are all with Obama folks in the background and carrying signs, is there no one who like her?
She is going to get America back on the side of might and she will be right for us now!!!

Her answers came across as very rehearsed and poll-driven, as always.

I am Canadian but have daily watched the American election coverage by CNN. I would have to agree with most people your coverage is very one sided especially by Wolf. You need to take lessons from the more superior reporter Lou Dobbs who gets his point across and really dosen't favor either of the candidents. Wolf you and Jack are definatley Obama supporters and you should not be pushing this in you news reports.I think both of you should report fairly for both candidents. It certainly would make it more interesting and unbias.
Thanks.Go Lou go.
