Gallup tracking poll

Gallup's latest national measure of opinion about Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton shows a boost for Clinton since her Pennsylvania prmary win

The Swamp

by Mark Silva

If there's a little bounce in Hillary Clinton's step since her Pennsylvania primary win, there's a little bounce in her poll numbers, too.

That daily tracking survey which the Gallup Poll has been running -- charting an uncannily close contest nationally between Clinton and Barack Obama for the hearts of Demoratic voters -- shows Obama and Clinton virtually tied again. Obama at 48 percent, Clinton 47 percent. And Clinton has closed the gap in the days since Pennsylvania.

The Gallup tracking from Tuesday through Thursday includes two days of interviews conducted entirely after Tuesday's Pennsylvania Democratic primary, Gallup notes. And undecided voters have left the fence.

"Support for Clinton is significantly higher in these post-primary interviews than it was just prior to her Pennsylvania victory, clearly suggesting that Clinton's win there is the catalyst for her increased national support,'' Gallup's Lydia Saad reports.

"Obama's lead dwindled steadily all week, falling from a high of 10 percentage points in interviewing conducted in the three days just prior to the Pennsylvania primary,'' Saad adds. "However, the percentage of Democrats supporting Obama has changed little (declining from 50 percent in April 19-21 polling to 48 percent today). Most of Clinton's increased support (from 40 percent to 47 percent) has come from previously undecided voters.

"Both Clinton and Obama have experienced surges in support for their candidacies at various times since the start of the primary season -- several of them linked with primary wins and other high profile events -- only to see the race revert back to a near tie position,'' she adds.

I think the problem he encountered was entirely of his own making.
And it did not help that the national media (t.v. particularly) was so anti-Hillary.
MSNBC (and wasn't he interviewed with the woman who was so hostile, so attack dog toward Geraldine Ferraro) was ridiculous.
The sympathetic media did him no favors long term.
He could have been vetted and POSSIBLY still earned the State House seat.
But what's alarming is the refusal to apologize for the racism, sexism, ageism--and when you tear apart the PA vote--that's why he cannot be the top of the ticket in the Fall.
It would be a powerful message to have him as veep, though.
But the campaign must stop cherry picking the media reps.
What Obama did to McClatchy's Margaret Talev at the Daily Show appearance. and what MSNBC did 'for' Obama with the editing of his stupid gesture will NOT help him in Indiana.
It's important to understand what GE--war profiteer and nuke power pusher--DID to that tape:
Here's three links---1. the LONG version with the wide shot, audio up and video in ORDER of occurrence; 2. the SHORT version with audio intact and video in ORDER of occurrence; and 3. the distorted version by MSNBC with the order/audio distortions and the anchor LYING for Barack Obama.

Hillary is a liar. She lied about Bosnia. She is lying about the popular vote. She lies and she knows it. She is a liar.

Here's hoping that Obama can hold on to the nomination so he can be resoundly defeated this fall and gone forever now. Otherwise, we're going to see this con man hack trying to flirt and smirk his way into the presidency year after year after year after year.

She always gets a bounce from beating the hell out of Obama, then loses it when people start looking at her again.

The man of hope and inspirations is long gone! Since the ABC debate, he has shown to be the man of don't ask , secretive about questions regarding his character, judgement, and associations. He has shown to be the product of the Illinois/Chicago political arena. Elitism is a belief and arrogant attitude that one is superior to others. Obama has shown that arrogance time after time , to the point of entitlement to the Presidency. American people are starting to see through him and do not like what they see. With Hillary what you see and her is what you get. Obama is trying to hard to hide from what he really is!

By all means read the full Gallup report.

If you do, you'll find that Gallup has Republican John McCain beating Chardonnay Democrat Barack Obama by a point.

Count on Swamp reporter Mark Silva to hide that fact--and any other facts favorable to Republicans--when he writes about Gallup Poll results.

It's gratifying that a man who has done so little can run for president. Reminds me of Bush.

Hillary is doing great! Those numbers were not generated by her campaign; they are from Gallup! She knows what she is doing and staying in the race was the right thing.

It would be a powerful message to have him as veep, though.

Catherine,

You and your other sock puppet feminist postnames are such a pathetic group of little hacks.

If you want to vote for John "bomb bomb Iran, 100 years in Iraq" McCain just because your beloved Clinton isn't allowed to steal the Dem nomination then go right ahead, no one here is stopping you.

If you are a Democrat, ask yourself this question:

If Hillary wins the nomination, whom will you vote for in November?

As an Obama supporter, I'll be voting for Ralph Nader if this happens. I cannot support someone who lies to the American public, as Hillary has done, and is only interested in her own agenda.

I believe many Americans will simply not vote in November or vote for Nader or McCain if Hillary steals this nomination as a result of back-room politicking at the Democratic convention.

On the other hand, supporters of Hillary would likely switch to Obama if she loses, thus helping the Democrats win the White House in November.

Her personality and campaign is polarizing, his is not.

Hillary can't win. It's over. Get out of the race. FLORIDA AND MICHIGAN DON'T COUNT. Obama has many flaws, just like every person in the world. But his strengths are amazing, and he will be a great leader. What are you people so scared of? He is really not a racist or terrorist. Really. He is not.

"But what's alarming is the refusal to apologize for the racism, sexism, ageism--and when you tear apart the PA vote--that's why he cannot be the top of the ticket in the Fall."

I think the racism, sexism, and ageism is all yours. Just because Hillary is an older white woman, that does not give her a superior claim to the nomination. To vote against Hillary is not to be against older white women, it is to be for Barack Obama.

Hillary is hardly an oppressed victim.

Barack is a liar. He lied that he didn't know Rv.Wright's radical ideology, he lied that he took x amount of campaign cash from Rezko, he lied about his friendship w/Rezko although he's known him and done business with him for the past 20 years, he claims to be a Christian yet the only reason he started attending Rev.Wrights church was to get into certain political circles, he lied that he is from the south side of Chicago, the south side is a dangerous dump with rampant crime and ZERO employment opportunities. I am from the south side, i'd really like to know in detail what Obama the Messiah CLAIMS to have done for us. PHILADELPHIUS, he's done nothing for Chicago, Illinois PERIOD. Yet he is supposed to work wonders for the United States of America. What are you smoking??? It's sickening how many people are in love with this guy. America deserves more than an unelectable, empty suit w/ MLK style speeches about change and racial equality. I certainly don't want to hear about that. I want to hear about the economy, so my 401k can recover sometime soon. Hil for Prez!

You can spin it every which way, but it still comes up the same, it was a definite flip off. The look on his face and the crowd response leaves no doubt. However it spins the public knows exactly what it was and the only ones that believe otherwise or try to pretend are the people who are for Obama. However, it looks like it took its toll in PA and will continue to do so throughout the rest of this campaign. People are on to him, and are fed up with his antics, and he has done himself in. No one else to blame but Obama. This actually did not surprise me, I knew what he was from the beginning.

Clinton DIDN'T get a bump in the polls in Ind and NC, in fact she lost ground in Ind because of her negative campaign tactics in Pa.

I do really fear that whoever does win the dem nomination will lose in the general election because of the silly bitterness that has occured between both candidates. I've heard SO many people say that if the candidate they support does not win, they are voting for McCain. So stupid. It sucks.

Commen Sense, FAT CHANCE. Evidently you don't read much. The polls show if Hillary wins only 25% of obama's fans will vote for McCain or not vote, but if obama wins 50% of Hillarys supporters will either not vote or will vote for McCain. I for one would never vote for anyone as low class as obama. So get your numbers straight.

These polls mean NOTHING. Anyone asked if he or she will vote for Obama may lie if the intent is not to, simply because they do not wish to be labeled racist.

Joel, what strengths?

I won't vote for her because I don't vote for Republicans. I'll write in Obama if she steals the nomination.

Americans are an embarrassment. Here we are in the worse shape as a nation as we have ever been except for the Great Depression. What do we talk about - what Rev. Wright said, what color suit Obama is wearing. This is ridiculous. Here are the problems folks. 1000 Soldiers a month are trying to commit suicide. the soldiers are in depression and stressed out. Do we really care about our soldiers or do we care more about what Rev. Wright said. Did you know we are boing to pay $3 trillion for this war? But McCain is going to cut taxes and run up such a deficit that our grandchildren will live in poverty. Did you know that we currently pay $4.3 billion a month, yes billion for disability payments for soldiers injured in the Gulf War - a war that lasted one month. I have a sedan and I payed $71 today to fill up my tank. Over 25,000 people have been laid off in the financial industry alone, major retail stores are filing for bankruptcy. Home foreclosures are at an all time high.. Inflation is at a 17 year high. Food prices are through the roof and countries in the world are rioting over food. How important is it what Rev. right said. I had no idea we had so many uneducated people in this country, but when I read this board I just wish we were more intellectual and had some thought that wasn't based on gossip! Can we grow up?

The number one thing that candidates are judged on is honesty and unlike Obama and McCain, Clinton has failed that test miserably:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=It6JN7ALF7Y

Senator Clinton recently declared that she will obliterate Iran. First she supports the war in Iraq, now she wants to annihilate an entire country. Is that really the kind of president we want in the White House? How is it different from George Bush's declaration that Iran and North Korea are the "axis of evil?" Will she bring home the troops? Or will she say anything for absolute power?

This primary has been the single-largest news story in the past ten years. The press is spinning Clinton's recent win in Pennsylvania (only 10 delegates - hardly a landslide, and hardly a surprise), because it sells. Obama gained 15-percentage points in Pennsylvania in less than one month. Had it been Senator Clinton, the press would have painted it as a "comeback."

Obama will win the nomination, and if Senator Clinton cared about the Democratic Party she would bow out now. But does she really care about the Democratic Party? She didn't seem to care when she kept her name on the ballot in Michigan despite the party's objection. Now she's trying to claim the votes in Michigan should count.

No wonder the superdelegates are flocking to Obama.

Only the Clintons are afraid of Obama.

Commen Sense, FAT CHANCE. Evidently you don't read much. The polls show if Hillary wins only 25% of obama's fans will vote for McCain or not vote, but if obama wins 50% of Hillarys supporters will either not vote or will vote for McCain. Mayberry RFB,

We don't need another corporate whore warmonger in the White House, I'll sit out this election before I will EVER vote for Clinton or McCain because that's exactly what they are...

http://artistdogboy.blogspot.com/2008/04/does-hillarys-nuclear-umbrella-idea.html

Go cheerlead for Clinton somewhere else, you nut.

Here's the problem for democrats. How can either of those buffoons really unite this country. We've known for a long time about Hilary's various problems, so I won't bother to repeat them.

But what about Barack?
He goes to services for 20 years to a church headed by a racist anti-American. He's married to an anti-American who is at least borderline racist. He associates with an unapologetic terrorist (William Ayers)

He makes condenscending comments about small town rural America with his San Francisco frends.

His association with Tony Resco, while probably not illegal is unethical.

While not a liar on the level of Clinton, he's been caught lying too.

He also plagarized a speech from one of his supporters talking about the importance and meaning of words, which is ironic since he has since been spending so much time talking about poorly chosen or used words.

He's hypocritcal. Last year he said he wouldn't wear "that" pin, referring to the American flag lapel pin, in effect saying those who did were pandering with false patriotism.

Now he's back wearing a pin, having flags all around and saying "God Bless America"

I could go on, but I haven't even touched the issues, which the Jerry Seinfeld of speakers (alot of talk about nothing) likes.

He's sizzle with litte steak. The little steak there is would be rejected by Pondrsosa.

His voting record is the most liberal in the Senate, even more than the low-life Teddy Kennedy.

Neither has a chance of uniting this country, but have a great chance of dividing this country even more than Bush or Bill Clinton.

VERY MISLEADING HEADLINE! They are tied in a "poll". The reality is Obama has more delegates and more cumulative votes. Polls are to be used in the absence of real data (REALITY). In this case there is real data. Use it.

Obamaites - why don't you use your brain for once instead of just parroting what the other Obamaites are mouthing. You repeat the same nonsense about Bosnia - bottom line Hillary was in Bosnia supporting the troops whereas Obama was sitting in the pews listening to Pastor Wright's very interesting discourse on America.
Obama has more than once deliberately distorted the truth for his own political expedience - aren't those lies also?
Stop whining and look at the facts. The sheen on Obama is wearing off fast.

Hillary supporters won't vote for Obama if he gets the nod, NO WAY! D

How can anyone claim Obama to be honest?!?! He is a slick politician, who is ambitious to a fault.

Anyone who reaches the top of the political mountain is ambitious, but at least Hillary has worked on human rights, womens' rights, childrens' rights, even long before she met Bill C.

Obama earned the reputation of "gutless" and "absent" in the Il. Senate. This explains all his "present" votes. He almost came to blows with a colleague because he mistakenly voted the wrong way, which resulted in the colleague's district losing a childrens welfare office.

If you think Hillary is a liar, you must conclude that Obama is a liar also, and every other politician. I don't think they are liars anymore than the general population if you were to put the general population through the same unrelentless 24hr./day scrutiny. No other political couple has been scrutinized to the tune of $60,000,000 but the Clintons, and the final conclusion: No other couple has been investigated so thoroughly with so little wrongdoing found. There just "ain't" much there, folks.

The primary reason Hillary's negatives are higher than most is because she has been pilloried by the Republicans for years on end. Anybody would have negatives as high or higher. The Republicans have had it in for the Clintons because the Clintons are the only ones who can consistently beat them.

Afterall...Obama's advisor is the one who told the Canadian rep not to worry about any changes to Nafta...it was only political rhetoric from Obama to the voters...this should have outraged voters if they would just consider how Obama is "duping" them. Also, Obama has been duping his supporters by telling them he has no lobbyists' ties....or taken money from ties to Oil & Gas Co.'s. He has lobbyists working on his campaign, he takes money from friends of lobbyists, and money from firms that hire lobbyists, he's taken more from the drug co.'s than hrc, he's paid the superdelegates even more money than HRC to date.

If you'll check factcheck.org, you'll find that they give credit to HRC for SChip work, they also give her credit for more substantial legislation than Obama, they also dispute his misleading ads about "where" he gets his money....so, folks., why don't you stop calling Hillary a liar until you're ready to view your own candidate through the same lens. Obama is relatively new, and yet, he has new skeletons coming out of the closet almost daily.

Obama sure has lots of connections he deems it necessary to keep hidden. hmmmm....

The reason Sen. Daschle and others thought this was a good time for Obama to run for President is because Obama has no record that can be scrutinized.

I am so impressed with Hillary. The more I get to know her, the more I like her, and the more I get to know Obama, I'm afraid, the less I find him appealing. It's amazing with thorough research will reveal.

What about Obama's relationships with terrorists now? An article in FrontPage states:
Two years ago, Hatem El-Hady was the chairman of the Toledo, Ohio-based Islamic charity, Kindhearts, which was closed by the US government in February 2006 for terrorist fundraising and all its assets frozen. Today, El-Hady has redirected his fundraising efforts for his newest cause - Barack Obama for President.

El-Hady has his own dedicated page on Barack Obama's official website, chronicling his fundraising on behalf of the Democratic Party presidential candidate (his Obama profile established on February 19, 2008 - two years to the day after Kindhearts was raided by the feds). Not only that, but he has none other than Barack Obama's wife, Michelle Obama, listed as one of his friends (one of her 224 listed friends).

Obama is absolutely unelectable now and he is not qualified to be president. Senator Clinton has the experience we need in a president especially considering the condition of our country. We need experience not an experiment. Vote smart, vote Clinton.

http://noquarterusa.net/blog/2008/04/25/obama-delegate-behind-texas-polygamy-hoax/

This independent voter supports Sen. Obama, but will not vote for any ticket with HRC on it come November. If this means Bush III, so be it.

The Clinton's aren't afraid of ANYBODY. They live above the law, they break it every day and don't give a DAMN because they know nobody can touch them.

What they're concentrating on right now is how to rob a presidential nomination from a candidate who they have no chance of actually defeating legitimately. And what's truly amazing to me is that they are probably going to do it.

I never would have thought it was even remotely possible, but the Clinton's are masters of subterfuge and misdirection. I swear to GAWD if Silck Willy had lived a hundred years ago, Slick Willy snake oil would be available at Wal-mart to this day. What a salesman,
I've frankly never seen anyone like those two conniving, carpetbagging, flim flam artists. They actually give real confidence men a bad name.

Well I know I really shouldn't be surprised but I still am. But more than that I'm really disappointed because I thought that FINALLY, after all the horse S--- the country's been put through, we were FINALLY smarter than to fall for the same old con again. Apparently not.

I'm seriously looking at Canada, I really HATE the cold weather, but freezing is better than starving, at least in my book. And hey, it isn't like I'm gonna have a house to live in HERE for much longer. And after Hilly gets done with the health care system, my wife will be working for minimum wage and I won't be working at all when she's done selling off the rest of the manufacturing jobs.

So I'm gonna start planning now. I hope all you starry eyed believer's in Hillary as your great savior have a back up plan, cuz when she gets done with you you'll be so far up S--- Crick an evinrude won't even be able to get you back. I'd love to help, but I'm selling my spare paddle on ebay.

Other than the over the hill feminist nutjobs, who in their right mind would actually vote for Clinton? Not real Democrats.
I don't count those feminist psychopaths among our ranks anymore, they can go pound sand as far as I'm concerned.

Clinton is a Neocon warmonger dressed up as a Democrat, she's no different than Bush or McCain, she voted for the war in Iraq and then to top it off, just a couple of months ago she voted with the Republicans to give Bush authorization to bomb Iran..

Clinton didn't even bother to read the pre-war intelligence report on Iraq before she voted to let the Republic Party launch their uncalled for, pre-emptive war on Iraq.

Not only does Clinton not deserve to even be running for President, she also needs to be S***-canned from her Senate job.

I wish everybody would stop calling everybody else a liar. Gets boring.

Do you Clinton backers really want to make the office of POTUS a dynasty? Why isn't this more of an issue. As we have seen from the Bushes, there's a real problem of 'keeping it in the family'.

I think Ron Paul should reenter the race as an independent if Clinton gets the nomination. I really think he'd win.

Clinton's Phantom Votes

With 99.51% of the vote counted in Pennsylvania Hillary Clinton received 1,238,232 (54.6%) votes and Barack Obama received 1,030,703 (45.4%), a “winning margin” for Clinton of 207,529 (9.2%) votes. But how many of Clinton’s votes were actually phantom votes cast by John McCain supporters who will vote for McCain in November? How many McCain supporters decided to newly register as Democrats in Pennsylvania or purposely changed their existing Republican registration to Democrat specifically to vote for Clinton in the Democratic presidential primary and artificially boost her standing in hopes of causing trouble for the Democrats in accordance with Republican talk show host Rush Limbaugh’s strategy of falsely promoting Hillary Clinton which he calls “Operation Chaos”?
This Republican strategy of trying to make Hillary Clinton’s vote totals appear significantly larger than they really are and to possibly deny or at least delay the nomination of Barack Obama was operative previously in Texas, Ohio, and Mississippi, with one estimate of 40,000 phantom votes having been cast for Clinton in Mississippi by McCain supporters.
How many phantom votes were cast by McCain supporters in Pennsylvania?
According to the Philadelphia Enquirer, Pennsylvania Democrats have gained 326,756 voters since a year ago, and Pennsylvania Republicans have lost 73,009. A total of 3,060,835 million votes were cast in the Pennsylvania presidential primary April 22, 2008. If 100,000 of Clinton’s votes were actually phantom votes cast by McCain supporters her purported winning margin of 9.2% would be nearly cut in half. If the number of phantom votes for Clinton turned out to be 207,529, the democratic primary election in Pennsylvania between Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton would have actually been a tie.
Minus the phantom votes from McCain supporters, how many real votes did Hillary Clinton actually receive in Texas, Ohio, and Pennsylvania?
Conservative Republicans must be significantly concerned about the likely outcome of a November election between the two “nice guys”, Senator John McCain who will then be 72 years old and Senator Barack Obama who will be age 47. Why else would they be seeking to promote their arch enemy Hillary Clinton by casting phantom votes for her?

So RFB, if 50% of Hillary supporter will not vote for Obama, does that suggest that they may be racist? So much for uniting the country.

Obama is package like a cereal brand and fed to bloggers who have never read a newspaper. It's so easy.

The polls change everyday. One thing is certain: MANY democrats out there will absolutely NOT vote for Hillary is she 'wins' the nomination. She is an extremely polarizing, negative figure - and her tactics in the last few weeks have been nothing but deplorable and pathetic. Anyone is better than HRC. If it's not Obama, then no vote or even McCain is the better choice. Clearly.

One of the most important things to me, is whether these candidates are trustworthy. McCain needs money and votes so to me, he'l say anything altho there is tons of footage of him speaking the policies of Bush. H. Clinton has lied repeatedly with ease and that concerns me. It makes me wonder what the Clintons want out of this. Surely if say anything to get a vote is not in the interest of the voter but the interest of the self serving.

On to experience...why was a B listed actor nominated twice?

Here are the facts:
These are the "scandals" People try to associate to Obama:
Rezko (which is SUCH a dead horse and non-issue)
Wright (who was quoting Ed Peck an official on terrorism for reagan and carter and who's message which may be viewed as inflammatory wasn't anti-american OR racist)
Obama supposed flipping the finger during a speech.
Obama not winning PA (though it's Hillary territory and he squashed a 25 point lead to NINE. Obama blew her out in his home of Hawaii by FIFTY) Oh and the bitter thing, which let's face it folks he was RIGHT PA is bitter that they couldn't focus on Obama's message that people will vote for elitist republicans and against their interest on issues like guns, abortion etc, instead of economy because they feel nothing will happen. His message was accurately but evidently they don't like someone pointing it out.

To that I say: "IS THAT ALL YOU'VE GOT?!??!" If those are the only things or reasons you can dredge up on Obama then I say bring it on.

The Clintons have snipergate, lewinsky, Vince Foster, Nafta, Jennifer Flowers, Cafta, the president unethically peddling his influence with russian mining, Hillary wants to police the middle east and want to massively retaliate with nuclear weapons on iran. She is untrust worthy, manipulative, can't even apologize and admit she LIED. She said she was tired.... (so much for answering that 3 A.M. call) Hillary is under the influence she's vetted. Puhlease. The republicans have yet to begin to unload on her.

Just because people were sympathetic to Hillary because Bill cheated on her women are under this illusion Hillary is owed the presidency because of her suffering which is ridiculous. It's a office you must earn and be worthy for. Being first lady doesn't count as experience, adopting a state and winning on your husband's recognition does not make you a worthy opponent. Crying and faulting your opponent on tactics you start with (Obama playing the race card? PLEASE) does not make you tough. Trying to tear down your opponent instead of focusing on your platform does not make you a fighter.

Hillary can't manage her campaign, it's broke. She was supposed to be a shoe-in and the people have spoken. Obama is running circles around her, is tactically and strategically OWNING her and has broken the mold on politics. He's inspiring and has a plan and he's a bridge between parties. Hillary will just fight and get nothing done.

The Clintons have squandered any respect left for them. The Clintons aren't about the good of the country they are about THEMSELVES!

Hillary supporters you need to wake up. MI and FL don't count. Hillary agreed, the state reps agreed and if they do get seated they will be split right down the middle. It's ludicrious she get's indignant that those states don't count. She was ok with the rules when she thought she was going to win on super tuesday. But NOW she wants to change the rule because they suit her? Her string of excuses that certain states don't count THAT'S not elitist?

Obama moves people to vote and to change and evolve, Hillary moves people to other candidates.

Obama is ahead in every way imaginable with the expection of the super delegate count and he is closing the super delegate gap FAST.

Hillary is nowhere NEAR being vetted.
Republicans will attack her trustworthiness and elitism with statements like only the states that hillary likes count.

They will bring up the spector of Bill being in office again and remind everyone about how his lying screwed it up.
Then they'll mention how bill was hanging with Rev. WRIGHT during his difficulty with the LEWINSKY flap.
Then they'll bring up Bill selling american influence to countries like Russia and the middle east for money.

They will be painted like the corrupt heathens they are and get shut out. Hillary is trying to ruin Obama's chances of winning so she can run in 2012.

That's assuming she's still alive, this world is still here and people have forgotten the foolishness she pulled.

IT'S TIME AMERICA:

It's time for everyone to face the truth. Barack Obama has no real chance of winning the national election in November at this time. His crushing defeat in Pennsylvania makes that fact crystal clear. His best, and only real chance of winning in November is on a ticket with Hillary Clinton as her VP.

Hillary Clinton seemed almost somber at her victory speech. As if part of her was hoping Obama could have defeated her. And proved he had some chance of winning against the republican attack machine, and their unlimited money, and resources. In all honesty. I felt some of that too.

But it is absolutely essential that the democrats take back the Whitehouse in November. America, and the American people are in a very desperate condition now. And the whole World has been doing all that they can to help keep us propped up.

Hillary Clinton say's that the heat, and decisions in the Whitehouse are much tougher than the ones on the campaign trail. But I think Mr. Obama faces a test of whether he has what it takes to be a commander and chief by facing the difficult facts, and the truth before him. And by doing what is best for the American people by dropping out of the race, and offering his whole hearted assistance to Hillary Clinton to help her take back the Whitehouse for the American people, and the World.

Mr. Obama is a great speaker. And I am confident he can explain to the American people the need, and wisdom of such a personal sacrifice for them. It should be clear to everyone by now that Hillary Clinton is fighting her heart out for the American people. She has known for a long time that Mr. Obama can not win this November. You have to remember that the Clinton's have won the Whitehouse twice before. They know what it takes.

If Mr. Obama fails his test of commander and chief we can only hope that Hillary Clinton can continue her heroic fight for the American people. And that she prevails. She will need all the continual support and help we can give her. She may fight like a superhuman. But she is only human.

Sen. Hillary Clinton: "You know, more people have now voted for me than have voted for my opponent. In fact, I now have more votes than anybody has ever had in a primary contest for a nomination. And it's also clear that we've got nine more important contests to go."

Sincerely

Jacksmith... Working Class :-)

Hillary sure is having a hard time kicking this new kid on the block's butt in closing this deal, and she's having BIG problems not being able to get past 10% of the black vote!!! She's got BIG electability problems.
