Media Post dissects a "wave of misleading headlines" this week suggesting Geico -- not Google -- was the big winner in a judge's ruling over trademark infringement. The ruling came verbally eight months ago -- largely in Google's favor -- but the written opinion was recently released. Geico press released the written release with a pro-Geico spin that has spwaned "Geico Wins" headlines .
