Retired Jets running back Curtis Martin has taken his Garden City condo off the market. A source tells REAL LI that Martin made the decision to pull the $3.099 million listing because he had no offers on the property.
Martin purchased the 3,500-square-foot luxury penthouse in 1998 for $819,000, public records show. Last November, he put the two-bedroom, three-bath apartment on the market with Century 21 Laffey in Manhasset.
The home has fireplaces in the living and dining rooms and a master bedroom with a Jacuzzi. The building has an indoor pool, a gym, concierge service and valet parking.
Former Jets and New York Giants coach Bill Parcells used to live in the luxury development. Current residents include Nassau County Tax Assessor Harvey Levinson and former Hofstra University president James Shuart.
