The Phillies eliminated that possibility this afternoon by coming back to beat the D-Backs, 6-3.
Oh well. They still have until Sept. 28 to get there.

Oh well.
It is good to see this team on a roll. In another article one of the Mets players mentioned that the schedule probably had a lot to do with early season fobble. I gotta agree with that as their left to right coast shifts were getting a little rough on me just watching it.
Hopefully the team settles in the second half and starts to clean house on the NL East. At least it's reassuring that we can mop up on Philly. Atlanta needs to be next,
