Today's lineup (still no Sheff)
The Mets might want a do-over on their diagnosis of cramps for Sheffield's hamstring. Just a thought. Anyway, here's the lineup:

Cmon Dave get with the program. Sheff will sit, leaving 3
bench players available, maybe pinch hit Wednesday and be DL'd
on Friday, forcing the Mets to make it retro to Thursday, not last
Friday. This is the one of the lowest points in Met history.
No Sheff. , now that's a surprise !
Maybe Brian Schnieder can bat Clean up , he is our new power hitter !!

I can't believe that Minaya didn't have replacements for superstars like Beltran. Reyes, and Delgado! what the hell is wrong with him? surely the Phillies have guys to replace howard , Utley and Rollins! give me a break Dumb people. Minaya is a fine G.M. Lets stop blaming him for these unbeleivable injuries. We had a pretty good bench, but they are Bench players. what gets me is why these young guys take so long to heal... Thats probably Manuels fault Get real Mets fans.I'll always be a Mets fan!
