Game Notes For Friday

* The White Sox have won six straight against the Twins, including a three-game series sweep of Minnesota in April, in which Chicago outscored Minnesota 23-6 in the series.

* The White Sox have won nine of their last 12 road games.

* Joe Crede is hitting .385 with three home runs and nine RBI in his last 10 games.

* The Twins have won four of their last five games.

* After hitting just .189 in April, Torii Hunter is hitting a robust .459 (17-for-37) in May.

* Johan Santana has won three consecutive starts, while striking out 30 in 22 innings.
