Game Notes For Friday

Chicago has won 7 of their last 10 games at Rogers Centre.

* The Blue Jays haven’t lost a series at home since the first week of the season, when they dropped two out of three to Tampa Bay .

* Toronto leads the majors with a .299 team batting average, and has hit even better in night games (.315).

* Freddy Garcia has six consecutive quality starts, going 5-0 with a 2.55 ERA in those contests.

* Ted Lilly’s 7.36 career ERA versus the White Sox (in seven starts) is his highest against any American League team.

* Tadahito Iguchi is hitting just .218 (17-for-78) in road games this year, compared to .388 (33-for-85) at home.

* Joe Crede has slumped over his last nine games, hitting .161 (5-for-31) with no HR and 2 RBI.
