The Minnesota Twins appeared way out of the race in early June, but since have dug in and now trail the Tigers by only 4 games in the AL Central and lead the Sox by 1 1/2 games in the race for the American League wild card. This is my first time writing to you. I've been a Sox fan over 55 years and now live in So. Dakota. Twins fans here really like to give me a hard time. I am concerned about a statement by Bert Blyleven on todays broadcast. He called Podsednik stolen base a selfish act and Scott better be careful because he'll be the target in the series in Minnesota. I sure don't think that's a good think to say on the air, do you? Hope Scotty hits one or two out of the park during that series!!!!
