Game Notes For Friday @ Cubs

*Cubs pitchers have been right at home, posting a 3.18 ERA at Wrigley this year, though the team is only 8-11 at home. *The White Sox led the majors in interleague play hitting last year, first in batting average, runs, home runs, and slugging %. *Since 2001, Jim Thome (39) and Paul Konerko (30) have the most home runs in interleague play among major league hitters. *The Cubs have had 7 innings where they scored 5 runs or more this year, while the Sox have yet to have one. *The White Sox are 100-75 all-time in interleague play, while the Cubs are 70-75. *The Sox lead the Cubs 29-25 in the Crosstown Classic since its regular season inception in 1997. *The Sox went 14-4 in IL play last year, the Cubs just 4-11.
