Game Notes For Friday vs. Mariners

* Since 2004, the White Sox are 14-4 at home against the Mariners – their second best (25-7 vs. Royals) home record over that span. * Seattle totaled 31 runs and 49 hits in sweeping three games at Baltimore, capped with a 13-8 win on Thursday. * The White Sox have knocked out multiple home runs in five of their last seven games. * While the Mariners have outscored their opponents by 38 runs (2nd best in the AL) from the 7th inning on this season, the White Sox have been outscored by an MLB-high 90 runs (133/233) after the sixth inning. * Yuniesky Betancourt has 10 RBI over his last seven games, after knocking in just nine runs over his previous 48 games. * Over the last two seasons, Ichiro has been successful on 76 of his 80 (95 percent) stolen base attempts. * Last season, Jarrod Washburn allowed 15 home runs on the road. This season, he has allowed just a single home run away from the Great Northwest.
