Game Notes For Wednesday vs. Twins

*The Sox and Twins were at different ends of the spectrum last year with the home run ball. The Sox scored 43.4% of their runs via the long ball (2nd most in the majors) while the Twins only got 27.6% of their runs from homers (4th fewest in the majors). *18 different players on both sides got a hit in Monday's game. *The Twins are the 3rd youngest team in baseball with an average age of 28 years, 103 days. Only Arizona and Oakland field younger squads. *Jim Thome leads all active players with 53 career homers vs. the Twins.
