Game Notes For Monday vs. Tribe

* The White Sox have won six of their last seven meetings with the Indians. * Cleveland has dropped five of its last seven games, including two in a row. * Chicago will be looking to extend its winning streak to five games. * The White Sox have won seven of Gavin Floyd’s eight home starts this season. Floyd is 1-1 with a 4.38 ERA in two career starts against the Indians. * Jeremy Sowers will be making his seventh start of the season and will be seeking his first victory. * Jermaine Dye is hitting .436 with three doubles, six home runs and 17 RBI during his current 10-game hitting streak. Dye has 29 homers and 84 RBI in his career against the Indians, both of which are the most in his career against any opponent. * Against the Cubs on Sunday, Jim Thome hit his 522nd career homer, passing Ted Williams and Willie McCovey for 16th place on the all-time HR list.

Dear Hawk and DJ,

I speak for many baseball fans here in Florida when I say that the way you both call the games on WGN are extremely unprofessional and one sided. Both of you show absolutely no appreciation for the opposing teams that the CHI SOX play against. When the Cubs are on TV, the games are at least enjoyable and there is no sense of over exagerated biased game calling like the both of you constantly do. I thank you for reading this, but please remember that non Sox fans watch your program too.
