Yesterday's win over Pittsburgh was impressive because of the way it happened. After falling way behind early, it would have been easy to say "well it's not our day - we've won the series" and let that game go. Instead, the Sox were relentless and ended up with a sweep.

Let's hope the Sox are catching the Cubs at the right time today - a bit banged up, on a three-game losing streak, and bleary-eyed after getting in late last night. It's the perfect time to jump on them and take the opener.

This a great rivalry, maybe the best in baseball because both teams have been butting heads on and off the field for over a century.
