Game Notes For Monday vs. Mariners

* The White Sox went 5-1 against the Mariners in 2008 and have won each of the last three meetings between the clubs. * Chicago has lost three of its last four games and has been outscored 24-5 in its three losses in that span. The White Sox have lost two of their three home series’ so far this season. * At 7-3, Seattle is tied with Toronto for the best road record among AL teams this season. * John Danks is 2-0 with a 1.38 ERA in his last two starts and is 0-3 with a 7.31 ERA in three career starts against Seattle. Danks will be facing the Mariners for the first time since August of 2007. * Chris Jakubauskas will be making the third start of his career. Jakubauskas is winless (0-2) with an 8.31 ERA in two career starts. * Brian Anderson has recorded at least two hits in each of his last three games, hitting .636 (7-for-11) in that span. Anderson is hitting .204 in 18 career games against the Mariners.
