De La Rosa means "In or from the pink" in Spanish.

If we sweep and win the Baltimore suspended game we will be in the pink!

AUGHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!! I cannot stand to watch "Cashman's Folly" try to pitch in this league anymore. He needs to go back to Japan NOW!!!!! He SUCKS!!!!! Get him out of here!!!!!

Igawa should not throw another pitch in a Yankees uniform.

Either send him down to the minors again or make him the long man in the pen or admit your mistake, cut your losses, and move on.

Lost in this is two lead off doubles, that moved nowhere.

Bye-bye Igawa. Hopefully they'll come back and Hughes will be up soon.

Not that I'm one to second guess, but......This has been a BAD one Mr. Cashman. You should have gone with Lilly, would have been BETTER and CHEAPER! DUH!

Which signing was worse?

Igawa? Pavano? Or Ed Whitson?

Whitso was bad, he couldn't pitch at home. But he did win some games. Out of those choices, Igawa. Pavano hasn't been in there to throw up awful numbers like Igawa. You forgot Britt Burns another big signing in the '80's who never threw a pitch for the Yankees.

another lefty giving them fits and wasted opportunities on base.

1st and 2nd no out. Wasted again. I know they've been playing well, but come on. They should have some runs already, especially against this piece of crap opposing them.

Very frustrating game, but expected.

Lefty pitching against us on the road.

Igawa pitching.

Tough to sweep 4-game series.

Yankees due for a tough one.

Just make sure you put up another winning streak starting tomorrow if we can't cone back now.

I really get the feeling that when Igawa pitches, the offense doesn't care to try very hard. They all know that no matter how much they score, Igawa will just give up more. The attitude seems to be why even bother trying to put up runs? And, I don't blame them. Cashman's Folly is very demoralizing to this team!

Jimmy Key would do a better job than Igawa. Bring him back!

Molina pitch calling and pitch selection stinks. I would rather have Will Nieves back than Molina. I put blame the loss on Molina tonight against Royals

Anon,

Why are you being nice to Igawa?
Munson, Fisk and the great Johnny Bench couldn't help this guy!

Anon,

One more thing:

Somebody came onto the blog earlier and said some nasty stuff to Lucy and Diane using the Anonymous moniker. I tend to believe that it wasn't you since you post regularly here. If this is true, do us all a favor and give yourself a name when you post?

Thanks Man!

Sully,

I just checked out the website.

Very Cool, Man!

However, that sinister laugh of yours when you mentioned about us struggling with our new identity has got to go!!

Mwwwa ha ha ha ha

I can be quite sinister

(plus I got it from you Yankee fans for years... you can take a little back!)
