Gameday Live: Old-Timers' Day 2009

Mike Mussina, not even a year retired, headlines today's Old-Timers' game at Yankee Stadium. Festivities are set to start at 11:45 a.m. before the Yankees wrap up their series with Detroit in a 2:05 p.m. game.

Don Zimmer will be there for the first time too, along with Chad Curtis and Doc Gooden, amongst others. Stalwarts Yogi Berra, Reggie Jackson and Goose Gossage will make return appearances.

To understand what makes the game so great, check out Newsday's Mark Herrmann here.

Evan Drellich here to take you through the hits and gaffes.
