Danny Ainge is taking some heat over letting James Posey sign with New Orleans because he wasn't willing to give him a fourth year. If you look at the Celtics' salaries for 2011-12, you can see why Ainge is getting criticized. The only player under contract for that season currently is Kevin Garnett.
