* First game against Mike D'Antoni's former team: Monday, Dec. 15 at Phoenix
* Defending champion Celtics' first MSG appearance: Sunday, Jan. 4
* Toughest stretch: Seven of last 10 games on the road: @ Charlotte, Utah and Denver; home to Toronto; @ Toronto and Chicago; home to Detroit; @ Orlando and Miami; home to Nets in the regular season finale on April 15.
