Where are they now? Steve Swindal
Remember Steve Swindal? He was the one-time successor to George Steinbrenner whose fall from Yankee grace started last February when he was arrested on suspicion of DUI ... a month later he was divorced from the Steinbrenner family... and by summer was no longer employed by the Yankees.
He hasn't spoken publicly since then, until today. I called his office, he answered and was cordial. "You found me," he said. Here's my story.
