Jim asked on Friday if anyone who was going to Saturday's Islanders' open house wanted to blog about it.

B.D. from hockeybuzz.com was nice enough to drop this comment on us:

I was there. I scooped the 3 Candidates story. Interviewed Doug Weight. Met Josh Bailey. Went to lunch with my fellow Isles Blog Boxers on scene.

We complained about Final Score...

Too bad you don't reciprocate mentions. I've plugged Jim twice. I've satired you both twice. I know that Muppet Balcony pic made rounds in your office.

Maybe it's time to plug some other blogs who are on scene when you or not. Mike Schurlein of Islesblogger was on scene and put up a piece about it.

Since Jim is the Founding Father of The Final Score, I'd have to ask him...but do you think we should add a permanent link to hockeybuzz and Islesblogger and other Islanders fan sites to the Blog Roll on the left of this page?

Maybe I'll ask him when he gets back. In the meantime, what do you think the odds are either of these sites would put a permanent link to us on their blogrolls?
