10th Anniversary of the 1997 World Series

The Marlins will celebrate the 10th anniversary of their first World Series championship next season by wearing a special patch on their jerseys. The team unveiled the patch at its season ticket holder holiday party Thursday.

The summer of 97 was a great Summer, no hurricanes, great movies and the Marlins were fun to listen to on the radio.

Ten years and two World Series Championships, that is really some legacy from a true Wild Card Team.
