Nomar Surgery Successful

Nomar Garciaparra underwent successful surgery this morning at Hahnemann Hospital (Drexel University School of Medicine) in Philadelphia, PA.
The surgery, which was performed by Dr. Bill Meyers, involved the reinforcement of the abdominal/groin musculature. The surgery lasted about 30 minutes.
