If you have any thoughts about today's games ...

... jot them down, if you would ... in the comments section, not just on a piece of paper.

There's always this yawning gap in blog activity at the very moment you want it most. (Or something like that.)

In any event, there is a lot that happens on an NFL Sunday, from Brett Favre throwing 6 TD's, to Anquan Boldin nearly getting decapitated, to the Titans running to a 4-0 start, to ... well, you know.

If you want to talk, just talk. Black N Gold, Islander505, get 'er going.

How about Matt Bryant kicking the game winning FG with 2:30 left after everything he's been through this week. What a story! Is that enough to have the Bucs crack the Top Ten of your power rankings?

Probably ... what an emotional ending to a tragic week for the Bryant family. Thoughts and prayers.

"Yawning" isn;t exactly the word I'd use to describe today's activity.

The helmet on helmet on helmet hit Anquan Boldin took was worthy of some sort of sanction. Otherwise the NFL will become it's own "Rollerball".

Lane Kiffins Raiders lose against the Chargers yet much of the blame was the Raider defense under Rob Ryan, the very man Lane wasn't allowed to replace this past summer.

And Browns - Bengals was a snore fest that would have driven Romeo and Juliet to separate bedrooms.

Eric Wright goes wrong? One of those high/low moments you'd like to forget...

Thoughts on today's games: Jeff Wilpon declares the Mets over achieved this season.
Other news in wilpon world:

I dont like Mondays, but I hate Wilpons.
