Wow. We nearly lost La Monica last night ...
... thank goodness the man is alive after a harrowing spinout on the Southern State Parkway a few hours after returning from the Jets' miserable performance at the Meadowlands.
La Monica credits Rihanna and T.I. for helping to save his life.
Apparently, they are some hip, young musicians.
My hunch is that La Monica was saved for a different reason. I believe it was to solve this problem:

Hopefully while the blog was down the comment submission error was fixed. It worked the first time I tried to post anyway.
Down below you have a beautiful picture of Barney Fife and I immediately mistook him for Bud Selig when he is hammered, so look into that look-a-like and see if it passes the test.
