If they play this song, then a 3-day draft not so bad
In between picks at Radio City Music Hall (which is owned by Cablevision, which owns Newsday), songs are played to keep the folks entertained. One song in particular is still playing inside my head.
Perhaps if they replay Beyonce's "Single Ladies" multiple times during a three-day draft, it will move things along.
I offer two versions of the song here, courtesy of YouTube. The first is from the streets of London, where there is talk (premature, at this point) of a Super Bowl being played. The second is not. In fact, I happened upon the second one shortly after meeting our own Islander505 in Tempe last year before Giants-Cardinals.
The gentleman in the video was in stark contrast to the gathering of triathletes at the hotel that 505, Rock Star and I shared a beverage at. The athletes didn't seem to mind parading around in tight-fitting outerwear similar to the outfit worn by the gentleman in the second video.
Enjoy.
Game 7 tonight.

"I've learned more about The Blues in two weeks witchyoo, than in 20 years with B.B. King".
