Bill Parcells may not be as friendly now as he was in his early days in "The Dungeon" with Mr. G, but the guy is as quotable as ever.
Take yesterday, when Parcells, Miami's executive vice president of football operations, was asked if the decision to bring back Jason Taylor was a difficult one.
"If we can get Lawrence Taylor to come back, we'll take him, too," Parcells told ESPN's John Clayton.
Is that a subtle nod to his clash with Taylor before last season about whether the defensive end should appear on Dancing with the Stars (L.T. appeared on the show this season)? Or simply a play on their like surnames? Probably the latter, but with Parcells I wouldn't rule out the possibility of both.
