And the Giants are opening the 2007 season in Dallas on Sunday, Sept. 9, in prime time.

Ican see it now...Giants get waxed in seasons opener at Dallas. Jones and Barber put up 200+ yards on the ground and Romo throws for 300+ yards against a Giant defense that is younger, healthier and less talented than last year. what a joke JR has made this of-season. It wouldn't seem so bad if at least JR said what he meant and meant what he said about being very aggressive in FA. It this is his idea of being aggressive, Giants fans are in for a long season...starting with the first divisional game. The Giants FO needs to study the Eagles FO...say what you will...results,5 out of 6 division titles (Giants won division on a hum bug in '05), not excuses speaks volumes to me. What are we, alergic to Pro Bowlers or just to cheap to compete for talent at that level.

i think that the giants should offer up a trade in the draft and take vonta leach, that would be a good fit to take on the cowboys, eagles and skins. nothing against finn, but this is a much bigger and stronger full back

What Pro Bowlers were out there to sign? Since you compared the Giants FO with the Eagles then which Pro Bowlers did the Eagles sign? The Eagles results didn't happen overnight or in one free agent signing. We signed people last year and what did that get us...8-8. The Eagles have been smart with their Cap space and I see that happening now with our FO. Relax and watch the WHOLE off season before you be a typical loser fan and predict losses. Why don't just become a Dallass fan and get it over with.
