Tough break for Kiwanuka, how's Jacobs doing, dont tell me he's done for the season too
16-10 victory, not what we all expeced, but Eli had a good game, no picks, no fumbles
Special teams were excellent, Kickoff coverage was good, Great to see Bradshaw getting those nice returns, matter of time till he gets in the endzone
On to Moss.... Had an Okay-good game, would of been a great game but had that fumble in the red zone.
Plax's need to get healthier, he look awful in the first half, and decent in the second half.
These Injuries are starting to pile up, hopefully D-Ward will be back this week, along with S. Smith
Oh and great job with those two interception, they came at the perfect time
With Wilson (i think it was) and with Madison to the end the game
Big game it was? Giant vicotry thanks to Eli Manning playing well, just keep building confiendence, maybe the Redskins will slow down the cowboys, but im not putting my money on it.
Watching the Cowboys again this week, you simply have to conclude that Bill Parcells is one of the consistently best evaluators of player talent in the modern NFL. Hint to the Giant head office. Hire Bill for 3 to 4 years as a consultant to help Reese and Coughlin(?) evaluate talent and put it at the positions where it can succeed.
Isn't it jumping to conclusions to say that Kiwi is done for the year? From what I understand, if this is a non-displaced fracture and their is minimal damage to the soft tissue that this is nothing more than a simple 6-8 heal of a non weight-bearing bone. I'll wait until the doctors make a decision before being hooked by a "Chris Mortenson" like prognosis.
Glad I was wrong about my prediction. Great defense and Eli was pretty good too. Brandon Jacobs is a tough loss if that hamstring is really bad. Ward better be ready to perform if needed. But I'll take 7-3 anyday. The injuries can't get worse if we want to go to the playoffs.
Fans at Ford Field were'nt happy when I was taunting in the parking lot. Go Gmen!!!
Fire Gilbride!
Wrong on the BJ fumble Artie...
ARTHUR!!!!,
Can you ask Tom if hes considering Gerris Wilkinson getting playing time now that Kiwi is out. I know that Torbor is the backup to Kiwi on the Depth Chart and Wilk is Mitchells backup but Torbor stinks in my opinion.
Gerris Wilkinson is a 3rd round pick that has athletic tools. I mean what does he have to do to play???????? Wilk can play SLB and so can Mitchell. i just think now with the options they have Mitchell Pierce Wilkinson is better than Mitchell Pierce Torbor. Wilk is fast and a good coverage LB it can only improve you pass defense and add speed to the LB core and team.
I mean soon we have to find out what we have in this guy. thats why i get sick and tired of people saying things about Moss and all these players but the Giants have to give these players the opportunity to play. Moss if you watch the tape was playing with the Lions corners just schooling them on routes. His speed is enormous.
Mike Garafolo on his blog also said he would slide Mitchell to SLB and plug Wilk in at Weak. try to find that out PLEASSSE ARTHUR! and also chime in on what you would do. Torbor has been a bust. 4 years here and he just has physical tools but its about FOOTBALL!
Ok. I think I am down now from my blood pressure attacks yesterday.
Eli to Plax, Eli to Plax, Eli to Plax,
WHERE THE HELL IS ARMANI TOOMER?????
Prevent defense was decided late yesterday cause the Giants need help in their secondary.?.? We will never be a Super contender will a C+ defensive secondary!!!
I'll take the win
P.S. Is it me, but is Jacobs NOT rolling enough people over as we anticipated?
It seems you touch him, he falls.
