On the conference call with Mike Tannenbaum right now. He essentially says the deal to send D-Rob to the Bengals is dead. "Obviously we were close today," he said, adding that Robertson will be expected to show up for the Jets' offseason program that starts in three weeks unless something else happens. More details later.

Oh well it would have been nice to unload D-Robust and his disgusting contract for some second day picks. Looks like Dewayne will now get cut before June 1st, I doubt the Jets are willing to pay him a $3 Million bonus, especially after shelling out all of this dough. Too bad the deal fell through, at this point it looks like we'll get nothing for him.
Someone get on the phone with Denver or Tampa Bay....we HAVE to unload this guy and get some value in return.
I dont see how people can be bashing the qb situation. Both chad and clemens had no line. i think you need to see what clemmens can do with a good line. The kid has a rocket for an arm.
